Our stay at The Retreat Hotel, Agra was fantastic. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything seamless. Delicious breakfast and a perfect location for sightseeing made this visit truly memorable. Highly recommended for Agra traveler's!

We had a booking in Agra from October 1st to 2nd, 2025 for a family trip. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The quality of the rooms was average at best, but what stood out most was the staff’s constant expectation of extra money. To share one specific incident: we were charged ₹1000 for a towel that was already dirty when we arrived. Despite informing the staff about it, they insisted on the charge during checkout. Due to being with family, I chose not to escalate the situation and paid the amount. However, based on our experience, I would strongly advise against booking this hotel for a family stay.

I stayed in retreat for a day in July with two kids and I unfortunately didn't have a great experience starting on the hotel. While the location of the hotel and food in the restaurant are good, the good things stop there. Experience in the room is pretty bad. Some things to quote are 1. Shower in the bath is broken 2. Refrigerator was not cooling 3. WiFi speed was pretty bad 4. TV was working, turns out to be that TV remote doesn't have batteries 5. AC was not working properly 6. Water purifier in the bath was so feasible that it took 1/2 hour to fill a bucket of water.

I was here for work purposes had a conference I had a great experience was here for 2 days the good the staff is amazing. Especially the pool i had great fun there. Must recommend also very near to taj mahal

Location, it's five minutes to Taj.apart from that fact a non description tired worn out hotel. Trying to charge phones in room took ages when could fix plug in worn out sockets. Breakfast was not on open as had to order & make.

Rooms and service are all good. Best hotel as per location to stay in agra. But one thing I got offended with is the veg and non-veg buffet was together one beside the other. It's my personal suggestion for the management that keep the veg at one side and non - veg at other side. It's nothing with to hurt the sentiments of anyone but sometimes it's not convenient for vegetarians.

Hotel rooms are very neat and clean and service was excellent…Staff behaved very well ..swimming pool is also very clean..parking is good.. safe and secure..
