We had a comfortable and safe stay at this hotel. The facilities were good, and our room was neat and clean. The location is convenient, right next to a road, which makes it easy to get to with a vehicle. The in-house restaurant food was good and very tasty. However, we found the quantity to be very small for the price, and there were very limited vegetarian options available. One minor thing to note is that there was no bucket and mug in the bathroom. Overall, it was a good stay with a few things that could be improved.

The location couldn’t be better—whether you're sightseeing or just exploring local shops and cafés, everything feels incredibly accessible. One of the biggest highlights was the on-site restaurant. The food was consistently delicious, with both Indian and continental options that were thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find hotel dining that doesn’t feel like an afterthought, but here it’s clearly a point of pride. The staff deserves special mention—not just helpful, but almost too friendly (in the most endearing way). Every interaction felt genuine, and the team consistently went out of their way to make the stay comfortable, without being intrusive. Perhaps the most unexpected surprise was the cleanliness. The rooms and common areas were spotless—honestly, cleaner than several branded 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. The attention to detail here is on another level. If you're looking for a stay in Agra that combines location, comfort, and personalized service without the sterile feel of a big chain, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

I have been staying here for last 3-4 times but this time I faced some issues with this hotel. In March25, I booked this hotel in my name and my wife name through Cleartrip.com, but at first the front manager denied me the booking citing the reason that they don't have the policy to admit local Ids as my wife had the local id. Previously also we booked the hotel with the same Ids but they didn't raised any concern that time. I explained them that we are husband and wife and had our little child with us as well but still they denied to admit us and said to cancel the booking. I said to contact the owner of the hotel but the manager refused to contact him. I then said that I would complaint them to Clear trip, then after all the fight they finally admitted us. But I had to face all this harassment. I would never ever go to this hotel again and would request others as well to check with them before booking as they tend to harass their customers on reaching there.

Extremely small rooms with the room door hitting bed on opening and closing in a deluxe double bed room . Two single beds joined to give a double bed making it very uncomfortable to rest. No place to walk around in room. Highly priced food .No Laundry service provided at hotel. Only good thing is building of hotel is new with clean washroom but still Not worth it.

The hotel is overall quite nice, but it is in dire need of renovation. Pros 1). Very affordable price and good location, close to the Taj Mahal and metro station. 2). Helpful staff which takes care of your needs quickly. 3). Our room had a huge balcony. Cons 1). The hotel seriously needs renovation. The paint in the lobby, room, bathroom was coming out, the switches and even the furniture needed to be changed. 2). The room was dirty when we reached which was a put off. 3). The TV would not work, the intercom phone also had a problem wen we checked in. Overall the hotel is good but I think you can get better elsewhere if you pay a bit more money.

Most horrible food absolutely tasteless! Salty, hard chicken! That matter everything was very salty! Probably in the desert they couldn't add salt! Service was horrible! We have to wait for long time to refill the starters! Mistake was trying Buffet! Has imported waster Bottle on table worth 380/ seems serving only here! What all scam people do!

Situated in the heart of the city, it was within walking distance of many popular attractions, shopping areas, and dining options. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Above all, what stood out the most was the exceptional level of service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They truly made me feel like a valued guest. In summary, my experience at the Hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.
