Hotel Taj Galaxy

The worst hotel I have ever booked. I didn't stay for more than an hour, it is filthy dirty from the moment you entered the lobby, I'm not sure how an elevator could be so unclean. The bathroom was so dirty I didn't even want to take a shower, after riding a motorcycle for 6 hours that day. Do not book this hotel.

Every request was met with a smile, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I felt right at home. Hotel taj galaxy please keep your roof dj party song sound low. Because of your high dj sound i am not focus on my study . Keep your dj party sound low otherwise i will complain to police (It's a request) NEXT TIME IT WILL BE ACTION FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT TAKE MY COMPLAIN LIGHTY!!!!!

I stayed here on a birthday, and the food is really good with fast service. The staff is very nice, and the best part is that, since I'm an OCD person and need cleanliness, the room was also very clean.

Never making the same mistake again. Honest opinion- Do not book this hotel. The rooms have period stains, ACs of half of the rooms were broken. One of the rooms had a huge piece of cardboard in place of the AC. The bathrooms are very small. The rooms have very bad smell. The cupboard in one of the rooms had a broken hanger and it smelled like something does in there. The worst experience ever.

Worst hotel ever seen in agra....2.5km away from Taj Mahal.We have changed rooms 3 times.Due to small rooms, bathroom leakage, comode broken.electric board hanging in wall huge chance of electric injury.
