NillЭто ужас, сплошная грязь, порвана простынь , грязное зеркало the walls are thin, some scumbags were constantly walking along the stairs, yelling something at each other, and the guys at the reception were talking loudly, when I said “quiet, people are sleeping here,” they said ok and continued talking loudly

★Never book this hotel if you are lured by its approximity to Taj Mahal (1.5 km). The worst experience staying for 3 nights with family. No basic amenities like hot n cold water in bathroom, toiletries (except one small rose coloured soap), complimentary tea/ coffee in room, a/c not always working, intercom not working. Pathetic washroom, faucets are broken, some fittings may even come out in hand. The pictures on websites about hotel are fully misleading, NO ROOF TOP RESTAURANT (only plastic chairs scattered here n there and basically a junkyard type). Room service available with the bill handwritten, will be told as they are giving bills without taking GST (saving customers' money but taking the tips money each time they serve). The only good thing is there is a auto stand nearby and one good auto driver Rakeshji has taken better care serving his customers while showing in and around Agra city.

NillIt can't be worse than what it is already. It has very dirty rooms with no facilities. There is no room service. If you want water you will have to get it yourself. There is no basic facility like towel, glass or anything like that. Leave aside food, you can't even get tea or coffee. The staff is so bad and rude. Never visit this hotel

NillIf you are planning your stay in this property then don't it's better to stay in a dharmshala. It was my worst hotel experience ever No maintenance at all rooms are in pathetic condition, inspite of complaint they take no action and simply disconnect your phone provided at your room. No proper earthing done you may get electric shocks while touching bathroom lock from inside or the shower knob (I have experienced this in room 301) They don't even have power back if there is no electricity. No place to dine in. You will get hot water only in morning and other time you will get in a bucket there are geyser in every room but they are for show. No lift as well and very high stairs not recommended for elderly people. Please don't make your agra experience awful by staying at this property.

NillI don't know how people have given it 3+ star rating. This place is near to Taj Mahal but hotel services are poor. Our room didn't have any ventilation so it was kind of depressing. Poor lighting. We stayed for 3 days we had to ask for complimentary water bottle each day that too they will give small bottles. Didn't provide any toiletries. We didn't order food from them. The door's lock was jammed so we had to call someone each time we had to open the lock. There was someone's undergarment laying around, poor room cleaning services. Basic needs were not met so I would not recommend this hotel if it's too cheap you can opt if you have budget constraints.

NillStaff is good but not bad services. First off no lift and very difficult for elders with knee issues and we were given 2nd floor. Room was ok not bad. But no hot water 24/7. Only available when we ask for it. We have to call reception for everything and our intercom was not working to begin with. And for complimentry breakfast which is supposed to be included with our room, we have to go to some different hotel for it. They wont provide it here. And late night, there was so much noise with loud music and talks, we had to again call reception to talk to them. Only good thing is staff was helpful.

NillIt's a 10 minute drive from the highway. A nice place to stay and the room is very spacious and well maintained. One can get all good facilities at a reasonable price. The room service was quite great. The staff itself was much decent and polite. Nice parking space with 24*7 guard to watch your vehicle. Overall its a nice place to spend your time.

NillWorst hotel I have ever seen. Not a 3-star hotel in the first place. Lights were not working. All the plug switches were hanging. No lift. No flush in the toilet we have to pour the water from bucket so please carry a bucket. To inform this to the reception we took the phone and the phone wire was hanging! Pathetic! When we turned on the lights it wasn’t working as well! I am also attaching the picture of buffet dinner! Even when we checked out no one came to carry our luggages! Without lift facility and having kids with us we had to suffer! Never ever book this one! Rooms and bed spread were stained awkwardly. I never recommend this hotel. Even the condition of food area and the vessels they use are the dirtiest. For this price you can find a good hotel than this. With kids we suffered a lot!
