FabHotel Riviera - Hotel in Taj Nagari, Agra

The worst experience ever had in my life. Very very dirty and totally different from pictures shown in profile.. seems not maintained till now. I feel very scared when I think of the property. I would recommend all please don't plan for this property. Worst and ridiculous 😞😞

This is pathetic hotel I every stayed in. I am frequent traveller of Agra and use to explore different properties for my stay. As per Oyo rating hotel riviera were showing best in class and managed by OYO directly, but the condition and cleanliness of room given to me is pathetic. No room key, No kitchen, No geyser, Noisy fan, leak taps, leak flush, thick layer of dust, torn pillow covers is the kep points which needs to be focused.

Disgusting hotel...dirty rooms..no towels..AC not working..leaking walls..dirty toilets...no lights in toilets.....dirty ambience. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED..Worst Hotel in Agra!!!

The worst hotel I have seen in my life. This hotel running a hourly basis hotel under the brand name. Room are horrific. Not clean, smelly, cockroche running in the room. Not single item match what was show on the fabhotels web page. Even I paid advance amount. They force me to to pay full amount in cash. Also when I don't want to stay I want to cancel the booking. They refuse to give me back my money which I paid. They didn't even provide me receipt for my payment. They told me that I will get the refund from fab hotels. It's show that you guys running a scam.

This hotel doesn't even deserve a 1 rating, We would have given a big "0". They made us wait for around an hour to confirm our booking and required us to make a series of calls to FabHotel customer care about this. Showed us a room 101 which had no AC working, dirty rooms and foul smelling beddings and also their manager had no sense of talking to guests! Never ever book this hotel even if the price attracts you to book, we had a limited few choices so had to book! But seeing these we cancelled and gone for a good one near by.

This is worst hotel in Agra at least because I already paid 25% amount on fabhotel app, asked to pay full amount at hotel due to their issues. Never got refund from Fabhotel app. Wastage of money, please remove your hotel from Fabhotel app. This Hotel is looting Visitors through double money making policy.

Very bad experience. Rooms were not clean. Washrooms were dirty. Staff were rude. Even if you have paid full amount online they will ask you to pay again citing issue with the hotel chain. Think twice before booking this hotel if you are going with family. I booked this hotel through fab hotels app. Thank you fab for resolving the refund issue quickly.
