Hotel Pearl Blue Agra

Good thing about the hotel is location. Well situated in the market area and easy reachable. Rooms were pathetic, seepage smell was all over there, when asked for some room freshener they bought some spray without any fragrance, so useless. Washrooms- Exhaust fan was not working, hot water tool aged to come in tap after multiple calls to reception. No water bottle, no basic amenities like towel, shampoo etc were there. Different towel were sent when called multiple times.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel Pearl Blue. The room was not clean and there was a lot of dust and a bad smell. I also developed a sore throat and a runny nose. I complained to the reception, but they did not take any action. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at hotel for two days. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I am compelled to share my concerns with everyone. First, I found that the internet connectivity at the hotel was extremely poor, and it was difficult to carry out even basic tasks. Moreover, the air conditioning system in my room was not functioning correctly, and it made it challenging to sleep due to the high temperature and humidity. In addition to this, I encountered numerous problems with the staff who were not dedicated towards their work and did not respond well to my queries. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find out that only on weekends the complementary breakfast was served properly, and on rest days, the staff would take the order and cook it after quite some time. The water heaters in my hotel room did not work correctly, and it was impossible to take a hot shower. To add to this, there was a lot of noise by the staff until midnight, which made it challenging to have a peaceful sleep. The foods served at this hotel were not up to the mark, and it did not live up to my expectations. Additionally, there was a lack of attention paid to cleaning the rooms, and the washroom, especially the bathing area, had limited space, making it quite inconvenient. Overall, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and I felt that the hotel was poorly maintained. I hope that they will take my feedback constructively and take necessary steps to improve the quality and standard of their services. There are lot of hotels nearby at this prices who defiantly offer better services than this.

Worst experience ever. Dirty and smelly rooms. Non working AC and geyser. Empty pool. No parking facility. The staff was good and kind. But the manager was quarrelsome. Zero star hotel.

It's the most PATHETIC HOTELi have ever visited and stayed in my life. They don't provide you basic facilities like drinking water, clean washroom etc. Their beds are filled with cockroaches. Horrible experience. I don't recommend to anyone.

I would like to rate it 4 star because of its slow service and lazy responsiveness. The staff is not active and prompt to fulfill the requirements of the guests. They take their own time. Last time, when I came there, AC of the room was not working, so I asked them to get it rectified. However, they didn't listen. I requested them multiple times, then it was rectified. Apart from this, this is a good hotel in reasonable budget. Staff maintains the cleanliness everywhere and rooms are spacious.
