Treebo The Royal Taj

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was so awful I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this hotel does not care about its guests. The cleanliness was shockingly bad. The room smelled musty and stale, like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. There were stains on the bedding, dust on every surface, and the bathroom was filthy — mold in the shower, hair in the sink, and a sticky floor. Disgusting. As if the poor hygiene wasn’t enough, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I politely raised my concerns, they acted annoyed and dismissive, as if I was the problem. No apology, no effort to address the issues, just bad attitudes all around. The entire place felt neglected and poorly managed. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before and never expected luxury, but basic cleanliness and decency from the staff should be a given — not here.

Never book Treebo Royal Taj Agra. Our experience was utterly pathetic. We booked 4-5 rooms for a friend's wedding, but the stay was a nightmare. My wife dropped some jewelry under the bed, and when we looked, we found used condoms, wrappers, panties, and cigarette packets. Shockingly, the other rooms were just as filthy with similar trash. If they neglect basic cleanliness under the beds, one can only imagine the hygiene standards in their kitchen, which guests aren't allowed to inspect. This level of neglect is unacceptable and ruined our special occasion. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This property is not cheap and best this is rather cheap and cheap quality service rude floor staff bad quality bed linen and in the name of toiletries coin size soap and 10 ml bottle of body wash , dirty swimming pool not paid attention after repeated requests for pool Cleaning. Bad experience 😞

i m stay in 1 night in HOTEL this property is very nice female manager in reception taking is very politely ashika is very good manager in tiny age and property is very hygiene... excellent stay experience good .... Thankyou

We stayed in August last year. The only worst hotel we have ever seen. Toilet and bathroom is stinky. Stains on the bed. Horrible

Hotel property is best at agra , room is neat and clean, parking space is available for some cars, staff is very cooperative, security staff is very cooperative. But important to given attention to service & food quality. Otherwise property is best
