Ramprastha Hotel, Ayodhya

We recently visited Ayodhya. Our 2 night stayed experience was very good. We were 10 family members. Hotel seems recently renovated & Rooms / ambience was good. Foods was also nice & delicious. Services & Hotel staffs were very good, well mannered & polite. I appreciate & thanks to Mr Laxmikant Pandey - Hotel Manager for his well beahave & courtesy to us.

I visited here with family on 24th November 2024 for dinner. 1. Not much space. 2. Service was very slow. 3. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. 4. Food was not tasty. 5. They are using artificial paneer. Paneer was like a rubbery. 6. Too much expensive. Not worth for money. Thay are playing with our health. Paneer was streching like rubber. Nobody cares even after complaint. Overall it can ruined your trip. Please don't visit. Complaint is already filed in complaint register for reference.

Avoid booking rooms for stay due to the following bad experience we had on 13 th & 14 th & 15th October 2024 1. Not maintaining or cleaning the rooms. 2. The room given for us has small rats roaming inside the room. 3. The quality of breakfast is the worst. 4. No parking place for the vehicles and we were forced to park the taxi by the side of the road. 5. Very small and congested room for the money paid.

I am profoundly disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Ayodhya. For ₹6,000 a night, I expected a high standard of comfort, especially since even three-star hotels are marketed as five-star in this area. Unfortunately, the room was in poor condition, with severe water leakage, a constantly flowing basin, and stains on the bedsheet. The electricity was out for nearly 2.5 hours, and the hotel management was both unresponsive and inept. The breakfast was dismal, and the restaurant hygiene was disturbing—there was hair found in the chutney. Overall, despite Ayodhya's rich heritage, the local hospitality and the quality of this hotel were shockingly inadequate.

The paneer was tough and rubbery, making it hard to enjoy the meal. Additionally, the staff’s behaviour was extremely rude, which is ruined the overall experience. Would not recommend.

Nice hotel. The location of the hotel is good. Not very far from ram mandir and ghats etc. I stayed in super deluxe room. Rooms were clean with all the basic amenities provided. Staff was polite and helpful. The food at their restaurant makhan malai is superb. However breakfast options can be increased. Overall a nice decent place.

Not recommended for food We 9 adults and 5 kids had dinner on 24/11/2024 in this restaurant, Paneer was like rubber, no hearing even after complaining, rude behaviour of restaurant staff
