Hotel ASHOKA PALACE

Poor Room Service, Hygiene is lacking in linens, AC is of very old condition and cools worst than a desert Cooler. Three help line nos. are operating but no body attends the call defeating the very propose. One bed sheet was asked to add with the blanket in view of the fact that blankets in hotels are hardly dry cleaned which was not made available. Only chilled water is available and normal water bottles are not provided even on requests forcing to drink cold water during rainy days which will impact health. Overall very poor experience and in absence of suitable alternative people are forced to stay. I don't think it's value for the money with the kind of services.

I stayed in this hotel for a night. As soon as you enter, you can feel that you have entered a shady hotel. The rooms were very mediocre and pathetic rooms. Hot water had to be got separately in a bucket. No wi-fi. The bed sheets had stains and the housekeeping staff laughed when I complained about this. His excuse was that guests eat food on the bed and hence the stains and that they could not replace the sheets every time. Fair enough? I don't know. He, however, assured that the sheet was washed before. My only reason for opting for this hotel was that it had parking space.

This hotel tariff rate is too high. Ac will work only when electricity is available. Manpower is not mannered and manager is very egoistic. Not recommend for staying. Now some new hotels with good room is available in this city.

Good & Economical Hotel Ashoka palace is one of the best and reputed hotel in ballia city. Rooms are neat and decorated. Hotel staff's are polite. There is a restaurant inside hotel. In restaurant you will get all you waana eat and every item is delicious. On the top of the hotel there is a hall for party or any occasion . They also provide breakfast lunch and dinner for party on a little higher rate.

Very poor service. The condition of the rooms was just ok. The place is located in the center of the city but lacks parking space.

Well prepared food, Spice up to mark, Service is good for the level of Ballia Price a bit exaggerated, But taste is good, No card payment option available, I m not talking about stay in hotel I m talking about food in the restaurant it offers

This place is mostly popular for its restaurant. The restaurant offers delicious food at comparatively a bit lower rate. There is not much space in the restaurant though. For big events, book the hall on the to floor (5fth I remember). Beware though. No lifts.

Good for stay and little cleaning is required as insects are disturbing in rooms n wash rooms. Food is very nice and service is very good. Little concentration needed in cleaning aspects
