Hotel Carlton

I stayed in room 314 for over 10 days, and my experience did not meet expectations. While the housekeeping was somewhat ok, they only accept cash payments and do not accept UPI or any online transactions. Additionally, the room attendants were unhelpful, which contributed to my disappointment during my stay

Rooms is small size, cleaning issue , Staff is so so... Price is fair.

Very unhygienic rooms, always ask for extra money. No online payment option, even owner are like are very rude and arrogant, want to fight with customer, suggest don't stay here, ita not for decent people.

Before checking-in at this hotel I visited many hotel rooms but they all were untidy and suffocated. And as soon as I saw the room at Hotel Carlton I immediately wanted to get the room. Located at a very peaceful location. Well furnished tidy rooms, quick room service, better lighting. I would suggest to book your room online as the hotel charges are around Rs.1300 for 2 ppl per night.

I have stayed in this hotel just for 1 night, quick trip. This place is very close to the railway station, located in civil lines. I chose to walk, which took 5 min. As soon as I have reached here I wasn't disappointed. Very basic facilities but you will get what you need for your short trip. Clean room, clean linen, clean washroom. Staff is also helpful but if you are with family try to take room on 1st floor otherwise at ground floor you will always hear noise from lobby. I haven't try the food because I preferred to walked into the street. |I can recommend this place to stay but don't keep expectations of modern hotels.

It's a nice place to stay but if u r newly married u have to answer a lots of Questions and have to proof that you couples are real Husband and Wife. Apart of that If you are ordering Food plz ask for the menu... Bcz a single Tawa Roti costing 20/- foods are expensive like five stars hotels

Clean and tidy hotel , basically designed for corporate people who prefer budget stays. In this budget i guess this one of good property in bareilly. The staff is quite supportive ,though some facilities like lifts, bathtub etc are not available. Means you have to climb up to top floors. But its worth money hotel. I strongly recommend carlton for persons of corporate. Thankyou.
