OYO Hotel Konark Inn

The rooms were very bad and uncleaned. The ac was not cooling the room properly. The remote of TV and AC was missing. There was dirt all over the floor and the bedsheet and pillows were also dirty.

The most useless hotel in Bareilly. One of my important partner and stakeholder by mistake got booked in this hotel. Even after making advance payment, the hotel reception denied entry, misbehaved, and was extremely rude to him and to our company backend staff. We booked the hotel for our partner. These guys blame OYO, OYO blames goibibo, Ho ibibo blames hotel and the suffering is all on the end user, the person who has to stay in this kind of a hotel. Please never book this hotel, even for free.,,😡🤬😡🤬 I wish there was negative feedback.

Gr8 thing is that the hotel is in the heart of city and just adjesent to the bus stand. Traffic is not a problem but the hotel in itself is a big worry. Rooms are quite small(don't believe the photos). Furnishing is not good. I must say that bathroom is lot better than the room.

I was looking for zero stars while rating but unfortunately it's not possible to give zero rating. I'm surprised that the Google rating of this hotel is above 3. Smelly blanket and dirty bedding. Horrible, experience! Photos are clearly camouflaging!

Room was congested in that range, washroom was not cleaned after the last check out before me. Room was full of cigrate and moisten smell. Bedsheet was not cleaned and with number of dirty spots on it. They are charging 1299 for 2X room and the rook they provided was not in that condition to justify 1299 rupees.

Look the images and think by you mind. This is the worst hotel I had ever seen in my life. Pathetic room. Mosquitoes were all over the room. Cockroaches were there. I booked this from oyo app. Booking is 2 days long so I want to shift this but because of exam of ntpc there were no vacant room in near by hotels. If there is a option of 0 star then I will choose that.

Rooms, bed and bathrooms are dirty and not maintained. Wouldn't recommend it for families or married couples. Please Find a better place to stay. The staff was helpful though. They need to upgrade and improve in order to get more customers.
