One of these passes was for two days, we reached at midnight, three passes or three people asked if food would be available, so what if you order from Zomato, we will give you plates and everything, the next day the people who will eat in the next menu were new, we had taken the order from Zomato, so to clear the offer of my plates, they refused to say that you had ordered enough food, we will give you new crockery, when I asked you that you do not have it available, what is the problem in your food arrangement, I am the main one, the order given to you, then he said you eat to your heart's content, go and eat, this is the way to talk to tourists, he gave 5000 rupees for 2 days stay or these people cooperate in this way or we called the waiters for the food plates, then they said give us some money, we will give you chips plates, no one will know, this means that this is just with the money that they were practicing so much.!!!!!

Stayed there for my frnds engagement. Rooms are not good. Rooms smells very bad but after switching on the fans the smell fades away. Location is very good as everything you need is near by

Hi There, I have visited yesterday and I have joined a Baby Boy welcome ceremony out there🥳 My experience was just amazing although the location is itself a 5 star where in the staff and The guard was well maintained. Good value hotel with conference or party hall. It is located in main DD puram market which is very accessible. We had a birthday party there which was very nicely arranged by the hotel staff and management. Food was tasty and there was a little scope that I found which can be overcome with proper seasoning, despite that food was good. Service was fast, there was little wait but you don't have to wait long enough to get the food especially in the party they kept their food preparation done prior to the party. What I consider the main problem there was of parking I had to park my car inside the next colony because there wasn't a dedicated parking space and road side parking was full. In such a case, Please take assistance from guard there he will help you out to park the car. Overall it's a good place to stay or plan small get together

I was initially very skeptical about taking room in this property, as the lift wasn`t working when I went there and the srvice staff told me that it does not work when there is no power. I asked the man at the reception and he pushed the reset button and it started, he said it always works. I got the room for just 1127 all inclusive per night and I was here for two nights, goibibo is cheaper then MMT always. Seen it upmteen times. The rooms are very good. almost quiet. the linen beds mattress and toiletries are very good., It seems tat this is a new property and it is in main business area deen dayal puram. i am not much familiar wit Bareilly but yes many shops and brands were around and there is a chat and kulfi night out hangout 2 minutes walking from this place where many vendors sell all those things. The food however is questionable as I ordered biryani and it was more of oil dipped rice with half baked colors but the chicken was really tender and soft and the raita saved my stomach otherwise it was a sure vomiting. But it differs from person to person. In the night I went to burger king near by and ad dinner there. I will really suggest this property for stay but not for dine in- first impression is not the last impression I know that and next time I will try something else to confirm about the vomiting :-). The staff is untrained, they are abusing each other and were not from any institute of hotel management- as expected from a usual uttar pradesh hotel. But they were very polite with guests, they were so polite that one of them entered my room saying teri maa ki ... and suddenly he saw me and said sorry sir repeatedly - they were talking to each other actually and unknowingly he entered my room. so its okay.

The reception person is extremly rude and full of negative vibes. He was indirectly saying just go away so that he can relax. Owner is loosing bussiness. I was about to do bulk booking but because of only him, i rejected the place. Owner take note else your loss.

THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!!!!! *Pathetic staff behaviour and worst receptionist ever* I have been road tripping all over the country for the past two years but never faced any issues checking into any hotel. I reached this hotel along with my wife late in the night but the receptionist wouldn’t allow us to book the room and started arguing and judging us. He wanted us to prove that we were married. As per this guy, we had to have our aadhar or driving license with same address. Also we felt that he was trying to deceive us by charging double rate than what was being shown online. He denied to accept the booking if we tried to book online and demanded that we pay at the hotel whatever was being asked. Finally we had to leave and find another place to crash for the night.
