Super Collection O Bareilly Near Satellite Bus Stand formerly Amber Heights

Hotel was good the staff was good the room was also good, but they had electricity problem, their generator failed 👎☹👎 late at night we were told to shift to another hotel which had very dirty room. Running such good property and not having power backup, some one told, the exact thing happened some time earlier also, was this one time , or this type of thing keeps happening here don't no. But very very bad experience.

I would say worst experience I have faced during my stay. this is oyo partnered hotel and they will never give you the rooms on the pricing shown. If you contact Oyo they will shift you to the next hotel and this hotel will ask you for the extra amount leaving no other choice. avoid visiting this hotel.

Our executive booked the room through OYO and hotel staff rejected during the check in. This is worst experience for any outsider. Ola driver also confirmed that this is common practice in this hotel. A lot many people have experienced the same.
