NillThis hotel was in a terrible location, it was flooded everywhere and there was drainage on the roads. The bathroom was very small. It was one of the worst dinner we ever had but the breakfast was alright. It is definitely not a 3 star hotel and was nothing like the pictures shown online.

NillThis was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I booked a room that was advertised as 50 square meters with two double beds, but what I actually got was a tiny, cramped room that was barely 20 square meters at best — with just one small bed and zero resemblance to the listing photos. The room smelled awful, the sheets looked used, and the bathroom was filthy. It was clear that no proper cleaning or preparation had been done. The space felt dirty, unsafe, and completely unfit for guests. When I confronted the staff, they were rude, dismissive, and made no effort to address the issue. I ended up leaving immediately and booking a new place on my own, losing both time and money. This is a classic bait-and-switch scam. The listing is completely fake. Nothing about this place is as advertised. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I’ve traveled to over 50 countries and never encountered a scam this blatant.

NillWe stayed at Rich Grand Hotel, Agra, a so-called 4-star hotel, but had a very unpleasant experience that left us completely disappointed—especially with regard to hygiene, communication, and staff professionalism. One incident in particular stood out: My son wanted to use the swimming pool but was wearing nylon trousers, which were not allowed. A waiter handed him a swimming pant, and we assumed it was new, as nothing else was mentioned. There was no explanation that it had to be returned or that we would be charged extra. After swimming, we dried the pant and, the next day, we packed it in our luggage, believing it was a one-time charge item. We were billed ₹250, which we paid without question. But while we were on our way to Delhi for sightseeing, we began receiving multiple calls (over 10 times) from the hotel reception. They suddenly informed us that the pant had to be returned, or else we would need to pay a total of ₹500. This came as a complete shock. The receptionist even said his salary would be cut if we didn’t either send the item back or make the extra payment. It was during these calls that we realized for the first time that the swimming pant was reused, not new. This spoiled our mood even more This is extremely unhygienic, especially since such swimwear is worn without innerwear this reason is mainly why I don’t prefer this hotel. this hotel is highly irresponsible and unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to give out reused inner wear without informing the guest We are not against paying for what we use. But: • We were never informed that the item had to be returned. • We dried and packed it the next day, genuinely not aware • And most importantly, the pant was reused—a huge We were trying to enjoy our sightseeing in Delhi, but our mood was spoiled by this news For a 4-star property, this kind of guest treatment and hygiene standard is simply We hope the hotel management takes serious action to fix these gaps. NillWe had made a booking through Cleartrip and arrived at the hotel for check in by evening instead of the usual check in time of 12 PM. The receptionist, with full confidence, said there is no booking made with this name and they don't even take bookings from Cleartrip. Later I found out from Cleartrip customer service that the hotel had overbooked and taken in-person guests for a higher rent and ditched the people who have booked online. Later they showed a nearby hotel which was borderline okay and we ended up staying there with no AC and hot water. It is bad that they took in-person guests ditching online booking but what is even worse is the receptionist and owner saying with full confidence that they don't have any booking with this name. If you don't want online bookings, just shut down your online presence and take only in-person overcharged bookings. Luckily we got a refund from Cleartrip otherwise the trip experience would have been ruined
