NillNot worth the money. Good: Rooms are big. Staff was polite and helpful. Bad: Location is near Taj Mahal but not so close that you can walk. Also, surrounded locality is not good. Parking is on the road. Breakfast was limited and average. The rooms were smelly. Staff at reception was not interested in guests' issues.

Nill“A Night to (Not) Remember” Where do I even begin? Last night felt like a Bollywood drama gone horribly wrong, minus the catchy songs and happy ending. Exhausted after a full day of travel from Amritsar, we arrived just before midnight, hoping for a seamless check-in and a soft bed. Spoiler alert: neither happened. The receptionist, who could double as the lead in a mystery thriller, greeted us with the shocking news that, due to a mysterious “technical issue,” our room was unavailable. No elaboration. No apology. Just a casual “wait one minute” before he vanished into the void. That “one minute” was apparently being measured in geological time, as it stretched endlessly while we stood there, baffled and increasingly irritated. Soon, the lobby became a gathering place for similarly displaced souls—other guests trickling in, all receiving the same cryptic explanation. It felt less like a hotel and more like the staging area for a bizarre flash mob. Eventually, our elusive receptionist reappeared and, with the air of a magician about to pull a rabbit from his hat, asked us to follow him. His grand solution? A room in a nearby hotel—a notable downgrade from what we’d reserved. Naturally, confusion abounded as he struggled to explain himself in broken English. After futile attempts to negotiate or at least understand, we gave up and asked for a refund. What followed was a masterclass in excuse-making. Apparently, the refund process was just as “technical” as their room allocation system. Frustrated and out of options, we spent the next hour circling the city in search of a decent place to stay. Finally, at 1:30 a.m., we found a room—and with it, the sweet relief of horizontal rest. To summarize: if you’re looking for a chaotic adventure, complete with plot twists and unresolved storylines, this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, bring a backup plan—and plenty of patience.

NillThe hotel service is bad. Food is not good, you will get the same boring breakfast daily with no variety. People are booking this hotel because of the brand Regenta but the brand is also not taking its own responsibility. The rooms are great and have a good ambience. Management needs to work out in service and in the F&b department.
