Hotel Krishna Palace

Very good hotel with clean rooms and very courteous staff. Located in the main Faizabad city, hence near to shopping complex, restaurants etc. Room beds are with very soft mattresses and could not be replaced with firm beds. Bathroom cleanliness can also be improved. No wi-fi available due to perennial technical problem. Sufficient parking place available in the front.

Overall an okay experience. Definitely not upto the mark for the money we paid. Needless to say, we were disappointed by the food and the room service. Its kid friendly, safe. However we didn't have a view from the window (all we could see was another wall) and we heard monkeys constantly throughout the night and day. Would not recommend.

Need to up their game severely.... Decor is dated and dirty. Glass shelf in room where tumbkers sit was coated in a layer of dust. Other family who had another room had black mould on their shower curtain. Comments from other families staying in other rooms complained about dirty and holey sheets, stained pillow cases, leaking shower boxes, water not draining efficiently, etc... Had to ask 2-3 times for towels. Place needs an overhaul across all areas. I hope they will improve their standards and take this feedback seriously. Not recommended, there are better places to stay.

Poor service, Room boys are behind tip but they don't do the job. I was given a room with no floor mats, clogged bathroom. Had to wait for coffee for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Not good experience, have so many bad experience in just 6 hours as I checked in late and checked out early morning.

When I reach there it was total crowedless area and the beautifull thing is they have sufficient place to organise Parties like wedding and their rooms are too good. All over good experiance.I'll give them 5⭐star rating for their neet&cleanservice inside the room.They care their customers very closely bcoz when I get the washroom I find toothbrush kit,2 types of bodywash and a little beautifull soap.Thanks to the Hotel Krishna Palace.

The most DISGUSTING experience. Rooms were filled with mold, cigarette stompies, cigarette ash and spider webs. Bathrooms were smelly and disgusting. Bedding smelled. Definitely not recommended. No value for money. Only the lobby looks good. The bedrooms weren't up to standard at all. Extremely upset with the experience. Maintenence of the place needs to be done. Definitely not suitable for international traveller's.

Please check the original website of Krishna Palace before making any payment for room booking. Nice staff and clean rooms and lobby. Walking distance from Ayodhya Cantt railway station.

Pros :- ------ 1. Rooms : 4.5/5 (My executive A/C room at 1st floor was big & spacious.) 2. Safety & Hygiene : 5/5 (Hotel premises were safe & hygienic.) 3. Food : 4/5 (Food was good & yummy! Room service also available.) 4. Bathroom : 4/5 (Spacious, Neat & Tidy. Hot water was available.) 5. Other Amenities : 4/5 (TV, Mini Fridge, Air conditioning, Cozy Double Bed, Almirah, Dressing Table, Toiletries, Lift, etc.) 6. Location : 5/5 (Best feature! It is located in the heart of the city, i.e. Civil lines.) 7. Staff : 4/5 (HK & other staff were good and friendly.) 8. Freebies : 5/5 (Free & complementary breakfast was available. Wi-Fi acces was also available in my room. Early Check-in was provided!) 9. Landmarks : Ayodhya Cantt Railway Station- 750m, Airport- 5Km, Ayodhya Dham Junction Railway Station- 8Km, Shri Ram Mandir- 8Km, Ayodhya Dham Bus Station- 11Km. Cons :- -------- 1. Value for Money : 3.5/5 (Room rent was hiked during my stay due to Mahakumbh- 2025!)
