My first stay at aradhna inn snd will recommend my colleagues too. Mr sumeet guin the front office manager helped me with booking and other facilities, service and hospitality was best thank you.

I Prof. Xavier Maria Raj from Gorakhpur had booked ur hotel for a night on 6th october 2025 with my family having a handicapped child me n my wife bith are Professor ...we usually book d room one d prior so ...one of the hotel staff assured d booking amount 2000 rs through telephone but at d time of check in one of d staff named Gausik(AGM) miss behaved n asked to pay 2200 ..she was very rude n not cooperative later she denied to give room ...even we hv requested that we hv special child with us then also just for 200 rs she was arguing ...we hv stayed here before in 1500 so we thought of that the rate of d room is negotiable...we agreed to pay but d staff Gaushi AGM she is so called Asst manager immediately deducted 500 Rs from d salary of that staff who commited to give room in 2000rs...once we have paid the money 2200rs then why this type of punishment...we request the hotel manager to remove her from service coz she is not good with the customers...n refund the deducted amount I.e 500rs to d concerned staff.. .

This is very unreliable hotel and first he post very less price when you booked this hotel any online platform and you contact to hotel for your booking. Hotel deney he does not received any booking . So suggest you please confirm your then go otherwise you feel disopointment.

Amazing hotel 1- very testy food 2- neat and clean hotel 3- very good staff behaviour 4- very good service 5- very good location on road 6-amazing decoration 7-helpfull staff 8- spacious room good decorate 9- very amazing mandir 10- very amazing for marriage party, Ring ceremony, haldi mehndi, birthday party and any party Overall it's very good 5star hotel.

It is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The bathrooms are clean, and the bed sheets and towels are tidy. However, the service is quite disappointing. It takes a long time to get food or any requested items. They claim the delay is due to a shortage of staff in the service team. Sharing this based on my experience in November 2024.

Worst hotel in this area...they will cancel ur online booking anytime without any information if they get some other customer with extra amount of booking offline. They cannot be trusted for online bookings.
