I recently stayed at a hotel in Lucknow near Charbagh and found the overall experience to be decent. The location was convenient, not overly crowded, and the staff's behavior was commendable. However, there is room for improvement, particularly in the maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms. The rooms, while decent for the price, could benefit from some serious modifications. The bathroom fittings seemed outdated and require an upgrade to enhance the overall experience for guests. Despite these concerns, the staff's professionalism and helpfulness were noteworthy, contributing positively to the overall stay. I recommend addressing the maintenance issues to further elevate the hotel's appeal. Overall, a satisfactory stay with the potential for enhancement.

Worst service. we have called to clean our room no response.We have called for order breakfast no one came.Water is leaking from AC,After we told them strictly then the work was done.You should not stay in this hotel. work was done after 2 or 3 hours.Service is very bad.Rooms are very bad means one thing will work Television or Fridge.I am suggesting you not to stay in this hotel there are many hotels nearby why to waste money in such hotels ,we are paying money not for free to recieve such this bad service.

Hotel rooms are very small in size, they don't have jet spray in any washroom, 1 washroom have jet spray but that room looks around 20-25 years old... Rooms are not cleaned. Less than average hotel you can find.

A worst hotel I ever visited in Lucknow a very rude and arrogant staff and there is no proper service they are providing to their guests. We ordered a 2 bath towels from them but they gave us only 1 and moreover there was a lizard in our room toilet and we told the staff to kindly do something for it but no-one-turned out and also their management is also of no use. The staff will only ask you for a tip after you check out but will not give you any good service you want hence I do not recommend anyone this hotel but when you visit Lucknow anytime check for some other better hotels.

We booked the hotel through Goibibo and checked in after midnight. The check-in experience was smooth. The staff gave us the toiletries, towels, and water altogether. The pillow covers were untidy, but he changed them within minutes of our call. We stayed for 4 days, so my experience will be more detailed than others. The AC, Wi-Fi, geyser, and television were all in good working condition. The room was spacious, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it whenever we asked for it. The bathroom was tidy and big. The hotel is accessible for people with disabilities.

Rooms are, very good condition, clean and clear well fresh bathroom and largest beds in all rooms and recommend for family, friends, couples and bachelor 😀 And service was very good and, fast delivery Impressive staffs and receptionists behavior is very Good and,always happy 😊 facing to all for the conversation Very Good Hotel ♥️
