Worst experience ever. They charge for ac rooms and their ac is never working. Neither do they have generator support. Even their inverter can last for 30 minutes only. So, if the power is gone for more than 30 minutes, you'll have to live in total black out. And the reception support... That's worst. They'll never respond.

One of the worst descision to stay in this hotel They have separate AC switch to turn on n off. Late night they turned off AC and After 5 hours they turn on the AC And front desk boy is extremely rude and ready to argue because we complaint for their service and start making fake excuses its not 3 star hotel its 1 star hotel Need to learn how to treat Coustomer and how to serve good quality service. This is for your rude n extremely unprofessional behaviour -1 Food price is High then the food quality I will never recommend this hotel to stay.

Waste of money, room are dirty and mosquito and dengue. My friend got dengue from there. Ac not working properly and in midnight they automatically switch off AC

Poor service and room is full of mosquito 🦟 AC don't work and after taking money no one listens . In night they will automatically switch off AC and pretend to MC down. Please don't visit this shabby hotel

Really bad hotel full of mosquito and no water available . Demand extra money after check out. I have advice to you that Don't book online hotel. You will easily get 3 to 4 Star with ac in 400 to 500 rs by offline booking even railways station rikshawale show you best hotel in low rate. And don't visit here i repeat

Taste is good , Cant say family hotel but still ok , if you want to nonveg hotel near Charbagh railway station , it can be one of choice . Inside cleaning is not upto mark but taste gives good feeling of food. Service is OK Ok as normal restaurant. I wil prefer this hotel only for taste otherwise eating inside restaurant with family wil be lil odd , if family not comfortable to eat this type of hotels.

Location is very much far and poor also the room shown in photos is very much different from actual room...worst place.
