OYO 28263 Hotel Balbir Continental

The hotel is fairly clean with plenty of space & A/c really very cooling, adding up it's near Charbagh. In the future I'll definitely recommend this hotel to other people

Good and friendly staff. But I request you not to book this hotel because room conditions are not good and A.C. doesn't work how you expect to work. Bathroom is not so clean as it must be. Equipments are too old and obviously do not worth to your expectation. No maintenance is done in this hotel.

Not worth,dirty, overpriced, Cheaters,Looters. I seriously advice travellers to avoid this hotel. Smelly & dirty toilets , lots of mosquito in rooms , Good Staff behaviour-reception person told me that he will charge me based on 24 hours , Lower ground floor rooms having less height making travellers prone to diseases. Nowhere on reception or anywhere it is written that check out time is 11AM. checked in at 5PM , next day at 4 PM he asked me to pay for 2 days . Feeled like looted in this hotel. No inverter connection in whole hotel , in case of powercut, this hotel is using generator - creating noise pollution & environmental pollution. One can get more good & value for money hotels near the station, staying 600 m away from station & market in this dirty pricey hotel is not at all justified.

Worst hotel experience in whole life. Never recommend to anyone. Booked through Oyo n hotel denied to let me check in. Hotel forced me to book room on their own price tag without breakfast as it was mentioned in Oyo. So either Oyo is bad or this hotel. Supplying refilled water in room. No toiletries no towel . All waste

I stayed in this hotel with my junior colleague and the experience was below ordinary we stayed in a room costing us Aaron 1500 bugs and know what the room was pathetic. It was smelling I had hard time sleeping there. And know what the complimentary breakfast was worse I could not have thought of such a worse meal in the morning. The bread were not stuffed with butter the tea was ordinary too. In a nutshell it was a below average experience.

The worst hotel i have ever visited. I don't know why its available online. Beds are broken, washroom taps drip all night. Mattress is of 3 inches or even less. Linens are old and dirty. Just did a mistake by making a stay here

Nice location, near Charbagh railway station but very dirty rooms and especially staircase. average room service. Needs immediate attention to cleanliness.

Nice rooms at the respective price point Some shortcommings they don't provide ac remote...room service us average... Staff is nice overall
