The whole point was, I didn't go.|I booked through Booking. Com, paid in full in order to manage my finances and on printing out and reading TandCs I discover that only Indian nationals can stay here. |Now cancelled and hopefully awaiting refund.|Probably very nice but I never got a chance to find out.

I been outside of this hotel just to have tea in the morning, but google is asking me to rate it , but yeah it was looking nice hotel from outside, and really clean around 👌 very nice peaceful location in Locknow I think

It's good for its location and helpful behaviour of staff. Although there are room for improvement in the hotel rooms. In some places shower didn't work. And few little things here and there. Behaviour of staff was exceptionally good as well as very helpful. The attached eatery with this hotel has both veg as well non veg options. It's not open to visitors and you can order from hotel itself. It's close to Charbagh railway station, Lucknow.

Very clean rooms, beautiful decorations and greenery around the lodge. Traditional people of Lucknow very respectful and full of hospitality !!! Very near to lucknow junction and durgapuri metro station walkable distance of 5 minutes....kitchen food is excellent!😍😍😍

Rooms, staff, ambiance and construction is all good with all greenery and outside space except the Receptionist/Manager, so rude, unprofessional and not at all comprising in any terms. No kettle in rooms, forced us to buy milk from them even for the baby and asked extra charges to boil.

Hotel Raj Palace is very good hotel. I like very much to stay here, rooms and facilities are good. You can reach near about 5 to 7 minute by auto from lucknow railway station. Food facilities is also available but you can not carry any foods in hotel from outside area. You get a variety of facilities in this hotel like that Free Wifi,airport Transfer,Doctor on Call, Banquet Hall,Baggage Storage,Laundry service,Free parking area,Conference Room,Power backup,Air Conditioned, Daily newspaper, Room Service,TV with Cable channels,Bellboy service,Smoking rooms,Daily housekeeping,Intercom, Photocopying. etc

The Hotel is located at Charbagh. The hotel is pleasant and the rooms are clean. We were 8 members who were in Lucknow for my friends wedding. The location is perfect to commute using Metroarail. The tukruk on share are also available with fares ranging between 10 to 20 for 2 to 4 km distance. The hotel is a three storied one basement and couple of floors above. No lift avaolable is the only point i found which could have been there. But nevertheless the Hotel was comfortable. The roomservice was on their toes and almost everything we arsked for was addressed. 5 star for an overall rating.
