It was worst experience when I went to the hotel. behaviour and service of the hotel was ok but when I was went to the hotel I felt very shamful about my self. You gave your valuable money and going to live in such a worst room. I noticed that there were so many repairing are required all switches are broken, they put half piece of a single bedsheet, TV was not working and it was broken contidion, wire of AC was handing and fitted there as temporary even the bathrrom conditions are very bad.

Wrost hotel, wrost room wrost service. Total waste of money. It's better to stay in a railway station. The room is like hell, everything is broken, no water supply. It is like you are spending a night in a forest

Fraud and pathetic hotel..booked hotel from OYO well in advance but at the time of stay they denied booking and asked to cancel booking...did not even picked Oyo's executive calls and asked for paying higher price to get the room... Oyo also failed to resolve the issue and asked us to shift the hotel ...when we agreed to shift Oyo failed to arrange any other hotel in the nearby vicinity.... Both Oyo and hotel Oyo saswat in are frauds hand in hand and Dont book both when in Lucknow Also, the receptionist here was v unprofessional and unresponsive...

I had stayed 17 th February, 2019 and it was bad experience to stay here. I got an AC room, but there was a small Almira there but but could not hang my dress, coz there was no hanger or nail in it, when I enterd the Bath room, the ceiling of bath room was removed and septic tank pipes connection of top floor could seen and the waste water was leaking from the bathroom pipes of top floor. I complained it to the reception, the receptionist told she will change the room next day, The power had failed at same night and the one room service boy was there and could not start the generator. I talked about changing my room next day morning, managemen told it will changed in the evening. I came to Hotel in the evening end of the day but they are not ready change my room. Then sudeenly I vacated the room. And stayed a nearby Hotel for one week. The behavious of staffs are bad. Food has no quality and taste. I do not recomment this hotel for anybody.

Worse Quality Hotel/Guest house. Too dirty Blanket with many yellow sports like in Dharamshala, Geyser is not working, toilet seems like public toilet-seems like never clean, Flush is not working either!! Staff is rudely. Never go here it’s wastage of money and your time! It’s not For Family Stay!
