Hotel Alfa - Hotel in Charbagh

Think twice before booking Hotel Alpha at Charbagh, Lucknow. There are plenty of bed-bugs to ruin your night sleep, and peace of mind. You have every possibility of carrying those dangerous tiny insects home. My recent experience in the hotel is a horrible one. My mother and elder sister were with me. They were heavily bitten by those blood -sucking insects. We were shifted to another room at midnight. There, too, bed-bugs were noticed. You can book rooms if you ignore this as a trifling thing. Otherwise, stay away from this hotel.

A decent place that met our basic needs. We stayed in a ground floor room that wasn't very large, but the AC, fans, Wi-Fi, and water taps all worked fine, and the room was clean without any odour. It's not a luxury hotel with spacious rooms, but the front desk staff were friendly. I'd only recommend it for a short business trip or if you're with family and need to catch a train from Charbagh Station, which is within walking distance. There are plenty of food options and restaurants nearby, and the toto connectivity to other tourist locations is convenient. Just be sure to set your expectations accordingly when staying here.

The rooms look good.Bathrooms are fitted with geysers,but power line is snapped.One can have hot water on demand.But the really terrible thing of the hotel is that there are plenty of bed-bugs.We were bitten by those blood -sucking insects.My daughter was the worst sufferer.We were given a new room at night,but the reality was the same.Beware of booking rooms in the hotel.

Rooms are awsome Hotel staff behaviour is just wow very friendly I stayed 3 times here Nd my expr is best for this hotel budget friendly best location rooms are also good Stafff behvaiour is too good if u want to stay in budget friendly hotel near charbagh then definately u will go for this one of the best and safe place to stay near charbagh station. safe for everyone nd owner bhvr is also too good or friendly nature.

I will give this hotel a 0 rating because. If you are going to stay with family I am saying never go to this hotel never. 1- very bad and unprofessional behaviour by staff. 2- Smell from bathroom 3- even bed and blanket have stains of food. 4- No power backup for even fan and bulb, You will have to survive without a fan and bulb if there is no electricity. 5- Technicians will disturb you a lot they used to come in your room after every few hours. 6- if you open the door they will enter your room and turn on the light without your permission. 7- Too much noise from the group floor.

The worst ever experience of any hotel I get ever in my life I asked for early check-in but rooms unavailable Poor hygiene, worst air conditioning always there is no electricity therefore no ac is available The bed bug bites all over the bed They bite my all over the hand and on eyelid and my eye swells up for three days Worst ever experience I waked up due to itching at 2am and didn't sleep for the whole night Please if you are looking at same price and same location better go to hotel max Hotel manohar palace Hotel crystal These are the best hotel of that area near charbagh station
