The Best Hotel Near Sudarshan Cinema

Excellent experience, very polite and sensible staff. I had booked this hotel of my father who is senior citizen, he travelled to Lucknow alone for some medical follow-up and stayed here for 2 days. The staff was very humble and helpful with him, they made perfect arrangments treating well with my father for his comfortable stay. I strongly recommend this hotel no matter you are travelling with your family or alone, your stay is going to be very comfortable here. Thank you team for your support. While I am sitting 2000km away from your place I heard a lot appreciation from my father for your humbleness, I am very thankful for your service. Your hotel name best match with your services "The Best". Hotel is at walkable place from Charbagh railway station with a lot of options for food nearby and easy to access all kind of transport to travel other parts of city.

It's an Okay type of hotel, in good location. It's a new property. Bathroom is neat & we'll maintained. If the hotelier focus on better clean linens, will be great. Value for money spent type. Satisfied.

Location 4/5 Room 3/5 Cleaning 2.5/5 - provided blanket was very dirty. They charged extra Rs by saying that they can't provide room with discounted price I had to pay the offer amount I got during booking on oyo app. I paid cos it was night time and I was with my wife.

They do not accept online booking through OYO and deny to check in, and charges extra if you want to stay and also they do not compromise on any ground whatever will be your reason, i would never really recommend anyone to go here if you have booked online, they will not entertain and your time will kill, they even do not do anything in sympathy if you ha e paid already in advance online to oyo. Whereas OYO will not refund your money which you ha e paid to bool this hotel too.

Never book a room from oyo it is a scam. After booking room from oyo when check-in in then extra amount is asked by hotel manager there if you don't pay then he refuses to give room in oyo price and then oyo people also don't help any this only It is a trap of fraud, and this hotel is also rubbish, a house is better than this. There is a joke in the name of AC in the hotel.

WARNING ⚠️ This property is not for the family and not for the couples. The property owner and the manager have no sense of talk they want extra money for the check-in and they charge you extra money for the AC room It doesn't matter if you book an AC room. They will charge you extra when you are there for the check-in.. Also I don't suggest this property for the couples and we don't know how much they charge you extra for couples of hours.

Location - Ok Cleaning - below Average Staff - helpful AC - Not working Geyser - Not working Room & bed size - medium and comfortable Washroom - Used Towel lying inside, used soap, Flush was not working Overall its just ok stay in the city of Nawab

It was the most pathetic place I have ever stayed. They have nothing to do with cleanliness. They will forcefully rate themselves using your OYO app. It's difficult to pass a single night at that place... never ever think of going there.. rooms, toilets, stairs all were covered with dust. Room services are hardly available.
