Awesome facilities. Polite staff. Experience was really very. Very clean room and very hygienic environment with Fresh air. Hotel restaurants are very good and they have very tasty menus. The food we ordered that was the purest quality North Indian food. Extremely good at budget.

The best thing about this hotel is it's just 5 minutes walking distance from charbagh railway station. Overall good place to stay . Friendly/supportive staff and the person on front desk. Clean rooms . Good maintenance. The thing i would suggest them is to make WiFi signals stronger in every room . I got just 1 point of wifi signal in my room . UPDATING AFTER VARIOUS STAYS : Every time i visit , i didn't found remote for ac and TV , and hardly the fan speed regulator works . Management must fix this

Hotel is not good at all. Poor room conditions. Very small toilets. Cable connection was not working and even when I asked the room service guy and person reception...he clearly stated..it's not working bcoz we haven't recharge it. Rooms are not spacious at all. They quote that they are representing OYO. If OYO is doing tie up with such hotels then also I will not recommended OYO at all. OYO must review there service providers performance or hotel partners. Completely unhappy. Location is not so good. Kindly don't book this hotel if you are visiting Lucknow for any purpose. It's not value for money at all. Feeling like cheated. Even if hotel management is looking this post then don't feel apology towards the same. Kindly take some necessary actions to improve quality and standards.

I booked a room through Oyo. When I went to the hotel after a 10 hoyr journey, the receptionist told me that they don't book through Oyo anymore, and won't accept my booking. So now my only options are either get a room here or go off looking for another room. I take a room here. The room was a mess and the sheets were dirty. The AC was half cracked, and only usable after the receptionist opens it. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Stay in this hotel was not a good experience.I dont even want to give it a single star.The staff was so unprofessional.Even water was not provided at first.After asking for it so many times we got water bottle and for that also we had to pay extra money. The cleaniness was also not upto satisfaction level.Bedsheets were dirty.We asked for changing them but they did not. This hotel needs a lot of improvement and need to employ energetic staff members who heed to the need of customers.

Worst hotel (only for name) in hospitality , I stayed in 109 room Price for booking is different and in bill is different I requested for GST bill than they gave me bill of another hotel. Let's talk about of this hotel room condition Fan works same at 1 or 5 because regulatior doesn't work . AC cooling is same at temp either 17 or 30 Suggestion- choose another hotel is good option
