One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Firstly there is no cleanliness, there was too many cockroaches roaming around the bed and in the room. On making a complaint about that, one of the staff employee came and just sprayed the hit. When I told him to change the room, they refused that and made an excuse that it was normal. Secondly its not worth it to spend this much on this worst hotel. Thirdly Staff is also not supportive. Fourthly every member of staff want tip. Why should I give a tip when they haven't given good service. Finally I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if a woman wants to stay.

The Hotels Hospitality has changed from Excellent to worse.. Don't even think about sitting on the beds. It's filled with Lichess and parasites.. I stayed with my family for 1 night , and me and my family suffered with skin disease for the past 3 months. It has become a terrible experience. The hotel used to be great. Now it's worst and pathetic 😡🤮🤢

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Nirmal Palace Hotel in Lucknow, and I feel compelled to warn others about this terrible experience. The state of the hotel rooms was absolutely appalling, and it failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. The room I was given was not just unkempt, but downright filthy. The bedsheets were stained and looked like they hadn’t been changed in days. To make matters worse, there was an infestation of mosquitoes in the room. I could see them buzzing around constantly, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The amenities were equally subpar. The geyser in the bathroom didn’t work, and I had to endure cold showers throughout my stay. The wooden attachments in the room were in a sorry state, with parts of the furniture completely destroyed. The bathroom windows appeared to be a cheap, temporary fixture, which didn’t provide any sense of security or insulation. It was clear that the hotel has not invested in maintaining its facilities. Furthermore, the room was covered in layers of dust and dirt. There were patches of mud on the floor, and it seemed like no cleaning had been done in a long time. The overall upkeep of the hotel is extremely poor, and it was quite apparent that hygiene and guest comfort are not priorities here. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Nirmal Palace Hotel to look for other options. There are plenty of better, more hygienic hotels in Lucknow that offer much better service, comfort, and cleanliness. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place to prevent regret and a miserable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lucknow near Charbagh and found the overall experience to be decent. The location was convenient, not overly crowded, and the staff's behavior was commendable. However, there is room for improvement, particularly in the maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms. The rooms, while decent for the price, could benefit from some serious modifications. The bathroom fittings seemed outdated and require an upgrade to enhance the overall experience for guests. Despite these concerns, the staff's professionalism and helpfulness were noteworthy, contributing positively to the overall stay. I recommend addressing the maintenance issues to further elevate the hotel's appeal. Overall, a satisfactory stay with the potential for enhancement.

If ur foreigner traveling without local id please stay away.the staff wont let you check in even though you're already booked and paid
