The hotel staff is completely unmanared and no one talk behave and room's are so bad and rubies from in side This hotel is not hotel this is a slum Pls don't book this Would've given a 0 star if it was possible! Absolutely unprofessional behaviour from the person at the front desk. Rude and disrespectful all the way, has no idea how to treat guests

Rooms are dirty, sheets are stained, bathrooms are usable but not great. Location not very reachable, when I called the front desk for asking where the hotel is, the response I got was "poochke aana"! Wouldn't suggest this place even as a last resort, STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE!

One of the pathetic hotel I have ever booked. no facility, no hygiene , leaky bathroom dirty bedsheets . No good staff, they don't know how to treat guests. I would have given 0 rating if there had been an option. Also location is very pathetic it's very hard to reach the hotel. It's in very narrow street. Absolutely not worthy of fare. BEWARE! ROOMS AND WASHROOMS ARE NOT IN GOOD CONDITION AND VERY DIRTY. it looked like it's has not been cleaned for months. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!

First of all hotel staff is very curtous. My train was delayed so, I reached at 1.30 midnight. staff immediately alloted my booked room. It is 5 mins walking distance from Char Baug Railway Station. Room was good with all the facilities. Just 100 mtr. away from hotel you can find delicious food till late night.

Poor hotel. Disgusting Staff. Overpriced. Wanted to check-in with my wife as our train got delayed - narrowed down our searches to Hotel Europe Plaza after looking the reviews. However the hotel staff was acting abnormally giving disgusting looks at husband and wife wanting to check-in at the hotel. While showing us the rooms - two more of their staff members came staring at us inside our room - something that I have never witnessed anywhere else across the world. Strictly not recommended. Avoid this hotel at any cost if you are a couple/family traveller.

Such a worst Hotel I ever visited in my whole life. The Management and Staff were illiterate and aggressive to there visitors, Don't know How Oyo has get connected to this such a bad hotels.. The rooms were so dirty and Unhygienic. There walls were fulls of spits and tobacco. The bathroom were so smelly and dirty. Very bad experience

The location is very shaddy. As both of us were women we faced harrassment at every level, be it the gaze of the staffs and owner, their behaviour or comments etc. We went to Lucknow for academic research purposes which the owner didn't understand despite telling several times and kept asking if we sing and dance in parties. When he realised he is not gonna be entertained he started behaving very rude and weird by asking extra money, sending staffs to our room at random hours to check if things are fine and finally by giving us misdirection. Entire time he was hostile. Pathetic hotel, pathetic surroundings, pathetic experience overall.
