OYO Flagship Hotel Lotus Inn

It was a very Bad experience last night. There were no basic amenities such as packaged drinking water, meals, TV etc. rooms were unhygienic, scarcity of staff. It was a total compromise.. We were told that the dinner wl not be available before 9PM ..when we called @ 9 then staff asked us to order food from Swiggy. Brk fast not before 9 AM. It was like a PG not hot

Very clean and quiet, overall pleasant stay! Had no problems with the room and staff was kind. Location was convenient especially for the wedding function across the street. Recommended!

Place is not at all upto Oyo standards, dirty linen, dirty toilet, no toilet paper and even after asking for changing linen they changed and it looked washed too but had lot of stains. Had no lift

Remote of AC wasn't working...so had to switch it off despite opting for so called AC room.. No speed in wifi

Staff is so familiar and helping...fooding is good..and overall room consition iss very gud...so u can prefer for a comfortable stay

This looks like house from outside and the number I got from oyo was of the guy who left this OYO...Staff was good. But place looks kinda shady as it's at the outskirt of lucknow inside a colony.

They have everything goof except management 😂😂 the experience was good but it can become exceptional if they manage there resorse properly
