Super OYO Townhouse 913 Ekana Grand Near Phoenix Palassio

Had worst experience. Booked two rooms. No towels/soap given. After asking many time sent in one room. Food delivery after one hour atleast each time. In one room gave single bed blanket, didn’t provide any after asking. Plates were dirty, had permanent yellow spots. Only good thing was proximity to stadium.

Worst experience! Rooms are ok but service is very bad. When you order food or tea they serve you after 1 hour. I order food and water at the same time, they serve food after 1 hour and then I get water after calling 4 to 5 times.

Not a good experience.dirty washroom.no water and after repeated request they were able to supply water.poor room service.even milk for baby was not readily available. Will never recommend

No service was provided worst experience ever i have order food the plates given by them is used and the ACs are also not working even after changing 3 rooms and the food service is also very bad.

It was good except for a few things. Location is easily reachable. You can take an auto rickshaw or a cab. It was clean, everyone had good behaviour, the rooms were clean but a bit small, it had an AC, a TV, a cupboard, a chair and table, bathroom was clean and big. Food was delicious just expensive. Lulu Mall is very near just 10 minutes of drive. Overall it was nice with reasonable price. Just didn't like the mattress.

Really pathetic place. Don’t visit. Not worth paying a penny at this property. Firstly, bathroom was smelly, TV wasn’t working and rooms had rough bedsheets. Secondly, we received our food order after 1.5 hrs with insects in it. Thirdly, no invoice was being provided to us. They said if you wish to pay the bill then GST will be added which obviously was not informed to us at the check in time. And most importantly, Staff is very rude and insulting especially some guy called K.D. He acts like a boss there but he should be a peon. Stay at the nearby property with good hospitality.

Booked a classic room in this hotel by calling OYO customer care & paid what they asked. When reached at hotel, reception guy asked me to pay additional amount of money saying that we do not accept booking below ₹1000 and refused to give room. After calling OYO customer care I didn't get any resolution. Finally I had to pay what they demanded. Pls beware of this type of frauds.

Property manager Shivam and Rajan Mishra have no sense to speak with guest, they always demand additional money above to your prepaid booking. These are fake group of people just trapping couple guest and asking for additional money from guest every time you check in or check out. So don’t go with this property avoid to book this. There are other hotels near to this which are very good than this. Fraud hotel 👎👎
