Very horrible experience.there are so many insects are in the room.Bathrooms are very dirty.all equipment are very old not work properly.staff are very bad behaviour . very horrible experience

For a budget-friendly choice, it fits the bill. The restaurant served tasty Indian food, and my kids were delighted with the kids' meals. It's a straightforward place to rest during your trip.

Is quite reasonable in terms of price. The room service came in handy, and the lounge was a decent spot to relax. It's not extravagant, but it gets the job done.

The location is not so good because it is near thakurganj which is already a very busy area. But if people enter though a charbagh route they may not find the traffic. The hotel is hygiene, staff behaviour was good and cooperative, ambience is ok. All types of small functions can be done here. The food is also tasty. This is not so costly hotel and is reasonable. The small place for any function is downstairs and a hotel , restaurant is upstairs. There is parking facility available, which is plus . I would definitely recommend this hotel, resturant and bar for middle class family functions or celebrations. There is a security personnel also here.

For Rs.1150/night, its not worth even Rs. 500/-. The worst hotel, pathetic service and really untidy room. Their staff use your room as their play room when you are out. Its unbelievable. The room and bathroom got their curtains on the first and second day of check in, though I had not made any complaints. So it seemed that the room is getting ready till my check out date.||||One of my colleague who joined me a day after was given a room in their another hotel as room was unavailable in the same hotel. This happened when the booking was through MakeMyTrip prepaid. Never going to return here. ||||Two good thing is good free wifi connectivity and veg. restaurant with nice food.

The location of the Hotel was satisfactory it is about 1.5 km from Ameenabad and about 2 KM from Charbagh Railway Station. the room service was ok.. The linen was of poor quality. the Deluxe room were not ventilated. The Executive room were better hence we had to change from Deluxe to Executive and pay extra. The Hotel has attached Restaurant and it is optimally priced.

This is a good budget hotel very close to railway station, public transport, market place, eateries. But cleanliness is an area where the Management needs to put their attention to! Like the mattress, bed-sheet, pillow-cover were filthy. A/C & power supply (with generator back-up) are a plus point. And off-course, service staff must knock the door before barging in! All the best
