1. Rooms are not cleaned. Bed sheet provided are also not properly cleaned, bad marks are available on bed sheet as well as blanket. Bathroom condition is much poor. 2. Lift is not working. They are telling that it is under maintenance but unfortunately no oneis engaged for maintenance. 3. Room service is non-responsive. They didn't provided remote of A/c even after several times request. At they end, they provided remote but that was also not working. TV was also not working.

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 5 guests. I reached at 2:30 pm and was asked to wait for 15 mins to give the rooms (check in was 12 pm) and the rooms were missing all towels, adequate water bottles, rooms washroom were dirty and bedsheets, pillow covers are dirty too. Lift is not working and on asking the staff named “Abhishek” he mentioned we can not do anything please go ahead and complaint online. Will never recommend to book this hotel by anyone.

I booked this hotel by looking online photos and reviews. But the hotel rooms condition was pathetic. The rooms, bathrooms , linen and furnitures were in very bad and dirty condition. The hotel receptionist(Abhishek) was not helpful and delayed fixing and providing all things to me even after 4 hours of checkin time. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL

This hotel has a menu on which they have written that they charge for blood stains on sheet and all. Who writes that in a hotel menu. Also Dirty Rooms, Hotel staff is suspicious. I would never recommend it to anybody. This is NOT Affiliated to OYO in Any Case.

I booked this hotel during my visit in Lucknow . They have very bad conditioned rooms, bathrooms and furnitures are very dirty. Lift had some issues and was not working properly, the main staff was not good and not professional. The main receptionist named “Abhishek” was not professional at all. I will not suggest anyone to book this hotel ever.

I had booked this hotel online. Was really disappointed by the unprofessionalism of staff, room was not ready even at 2:45 pm (check in was 12 pm officially), they gave room in very bad state - like dirty floor, linen, bathroom, less towels and water bottles etc. The main person named Abhishek and his staff was very unprofessional, laid back and not prompt to fix things. NEVER book this hotel EVER.

Girl at reception is very kind and polite room is ok need to improve some problems in room like No towel holders in bathroom need to change the old towel no door lock from inside of bathroom can't control AC available in room need pest control for cockrochies location is good no shower holder on walls

Booked rooms in this hotel . Rooms are dirty, specially bathrooms and furnitures. Lift was not working and staff was not professional and waited for me to ask everything 1 by 1 in the room specially the staff named “Abhishek” I will never recommend to book this hotel to anyone.
