Treebo Silver Grand, Lucknow

Treebo Silver Grand hotel in Lucknow is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. The reasons - 1. The maintenance is pathetic - rooms have ugly damp patches on the ceiling, broken switchboards, the taps don't function properly and in room 203, the main door lock is broken. Moreover there are a few rats roaming around. On top of that, the glass panels in the staircase banister are missing in some places, which is very risky for small children. 2. The intercom telephones don't work in most rooms. 3. We stayed for 4 days, during this time, even after repeated requests, the manager Mr. Vishal didn't bother to get the lock repaired. Every day he would come up with a new excuse. 4. Free breakfast is below average. 5. Room service is slow and the bell boys seem reluctant to work. 6. We broke a plate accidentally, for which they charged us Rs. 500. This is too much for an ordinary quality dinner plate. 7. Mr. Vishal the manager pretends to be helpful but in reality he's not at all helpful or informative. Very poorly maintained property and pathetic service. Not at all matching with Treebo standards. Very bad experience.

Only good pictures and forced reviews are here one of the worst hotel experience u will get. Washroom taps are hundred year old packed with black corrosion. Latrine smell is so annoying it will not go even after all attempts and room is literally terrifying.

The Hotel Silver Grand is just awesome I have a handsome experience with the hotel amenities, behaviour wise staff is perfect & we use to do official meeting since a long time. Rooms wise, price wise and other thing wise.. one of the best Hotel in Lucknow. Suggesting every guest to visit once .

Treebo Silver Grand is a highly unhygienic hotel. The rooms were dirty, and our one-night stay was uncomfortable due to the presence of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, after our stay, both my daughter and I were diagnosed with dengue. I would advise others to think carefully before booking a stay here.

Only good pictures are shown in website and fake reviews are there to deceive people in booking the hotel. One of the worst hotel stay experience ever for me. If my one review can save any couple or family from staying here then it will worth to write the truth.

The reception staff was rude. They denied the payment we had agreed upon at check-in and increased it by 10 percent. Despite this being my fourth stay at the hotel, they still didn’t care. The attitude at the reception was extremely unprofessional. I will never return.

Rooms are spacious & clean. So are attached bathrooms. Service is good but servers are very limited. Location is mixed. There's a man made reservoir (lake) on West side, that adds to the beauty. Place is very peaceful. Staffs are cooperative. There are 3 floors with lift. Food is good. Only drawbacks were on east side there's garbage filled land & geyser were not working.

Total stay was 1 week. Let me tell you some basics 1- if you want a quiet place this is it 2- breakfast options are limited like they this menu that goes on with rotation - poha, tea n bread n butter next day then you will have chole bhature n poha another day you will have puri n aloo ki sabji n tea bread n butter , other day option are aloo paratha n tea bread n butter I personally liked puri n alloo ki sabji + chole bhature vala day 3- there breakfast buffet area do not have air conditioner but you can bring your food to your room. 4 - if you have any medical condition or trouble during sleep you can ask for another mattress. Now how to visit If you come from charbagh side Just take auto to gomti nagar - chinhat You have to drop off at the churaha before the chinhat then you have to take e rikshaw from there you will tell him to follow new vishal marble shop
