Absolutely horrible experience. I have yet to write a single review until today. Horrible staff who stared creepily at my kids, completely broken ac, rusty water, holes all over the bed, cockroaches infesting the ground, and the toilets didnt work. Kitchen staff was rude and slammed the phone before we could finish ordering. Cigarette butts littered the floor and the blankets have weird stains. And to top it all off they asked for a lot more than what was agreed upon originally .I would much rather sleep in a gutter than go back here! Front desk man seemed unnecessarily rude.

Totally worst experience ever in hoteling. Rooms are not at all worthy. Staff is sleeping always, they never provide anything on time. AC charges are taken but ac is not working. I prefer no one should go this place.

My check-in was denied even though I had a confirmed online booking. I reached this place in the afternoon, the moment I said I have a booking via OYO, the person at the reception replied - no rooms available. Luckily this time, I didn't make my payment online on the OYO app, or else I'll have to spend another half an hour canceling my booking and to initiate the refund. This was my second hotel of the day where I was denied check-in because I had an online booking via OYO. Note - Most of the budget hotels in Prayagraj are having some beef with OYO, so I recommend you to book a better hotel at a higher price, or else you'll end up hopping from one hotel to another and keep getting denied for check-in and waste your time & money on cabs/rickshaws.

Nearby civil lines. The room is good , the only issue is the mosquito. There is a bath tub and it's working. Hot water was coming for 24 hrs and prompt service for any request.

The best part about this hotel is that their service is prompt, Rooms are clean with all the amenities , spacious big rooms , well ventilated. Located in civil line . Their GM Mr. Ankur is very Cooperative in all the aspects , would really love to come back to the hotel .

Rooms was awesome with all facilities and staff is also very quick in every manner. Food taste is also mind blowing in snacks and dinner both. I highly recommend this hotel to people who are looking for best services in average price.

Please don't ever visit this place. This is an extremely dirty place. The reviews are there I believe are paid with 4 stars. There is no cleanliness or hygiene in this hotel. Washrooms and rooms are not cleaned for ages. There are cockroaches every where, hotel is nothing less than garbage dump. This hotel is nothing less than a nightmare. Every where there are piles of garbage. Do not fall for the stars in the review they are fake and paid!!! To lodge in the hotel was a huge mistake!!!!
