Hotel Ajay international

I have not experienced this level of incompetency in all of my life that I recently came across with Ajay International. Had confirmed a room on call for which they said the guest would need to send an email to them, but after they got the email I had to contact them multiple times just asking them to reply. Finally when they did, the guest gave them a confirmation in an hour and then when they reached the hotel, they said that they don't have a room!! This level of lack of professionalism would've gotten them fired in any "decent" hotel but I guess since it is Ajay International anything is fine with them. Very unreliable, kindly try to skip them.

I hate the service. Staff is very arrogant. Lift does not work properly and is very slow. Pathetic experience. No rules and regulations mentioned. When asked for it , the manager started screaming and said sarcastic comments.

Hotel Ajay International is great. The banquet hall is beautiful. Their service staff, in-house catering services, guest accommodations are good. Especially their delicious cuisine, which has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. And especially Mughlai cuisine. The hotel also has a bakery that serves a variety of sweets where you can satisfy your hunger. It has a well-designed conference hall, which makes it an ideal base for visitors.

Staff are quite cooperative. Amazing morning breakfast. The hotel room price are affordable and best location benefits. I always choose this hotel if available whenever I visit Prayagraj.

The services in the restaurant are not upto mark. The quality of food is not good. For breakfast the same menu is repeated which becomes monotonous for people who stay long.

Overall my experience is bad because room quality was not good and staff behavior is also not good. Stayed at Hotel for a week from 19th August to 25th August 2024.

Value for money, rooms are very specious, clean and good .

Lift is very small and only one ,while food is ok ok,hotel owner has to work on it,rest are very good.
