Hotel Rama Continental

Well, have an experience of staying 10 times here so I'm aware of the basic things of this hotel. 1. Spacious room and clean environment 2. Timely services though breakfast items needs to be enhanced. 3. Location is nice and near to high court/civil lines. However, the major issue I have found is they change/alter/cancel the booking anytime. Two weeks back, I had book 3 rooms and they kept only one room and 2 colleagues of mine had to shift at another hotel. But as per their request, I accepted the technical issue. But, again when I booked for 3 days two days back through phone, they booked for a day and today, I had to check out the hotel, within 30 minutes as they didn't tell me before. So, the hotel is good but come at your own risk. Changing hotel booking dates and time at its own discretion is definitely not professional nor consumer friendly. Room bookings and time period of stay is more important than other services when a person comes from another station. Not coming back again. All the best

Good stay. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are nice, clean and cozy. Family friendly. Civil lines is a clean and well connected location and you can go shopping conveniently from the hotel. Sangam and temples are also at 20-30 mins distance. Would recommend it to anyone here for travel and business.

Rooms are spacious but the washroom was very bad, the wet and dry areas should be separated ,even at home people have this but i found it missing in the hotel.. i think housekeeping people are not doing their duty well. Even corridor carpet is visibly dusty...i know it is not a 5 star property but now a days even 3-4 start propertiea are well managed.. it appears more like hotel is only interested in functions and events and rooms are for that purpose...so cleanliness is overlooked and ignored completely specially the bathroom honestly ..location is fine.you can get autos etc from outside and other eateries are also there nearby.

Hotel infrastructure is good but the staff is very unprofessional and service quality is very poor as they don’t care about guests specially the staff at the reception. I have stayed there couple of times but every time I had to check out before schedule as they said I had a booking for only one day even after insisting that I had booked for a week. Secondly they change their tariff plans every week when I first booked they charged me 3500 then next month they said we are charging 4500 and when I showed them my previous month bill they rudely said we have increased tariff from this month only you can’t afford then you can book some other hotel.

Prime location in the civil lines area of prayagraj near railway station and civil lines bus stand ..even though it might not be a 5 star hotel but staying there was a great value for money.and staff nature is too good . Anil, shanu, Dheeraj is a Smiley's face. and they are working like he has a good Expirence

Positive points ✅ - - Nice ambience and seating arrangements. - Service and Hotel staff were polite. - clean washrooms. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Negative points 🚫 - - no dedicated parking space within the hotel premises. Vehicles have to be parked on the roadside. - The food was tasteless.

One of the finest and best hotels in the city. Loved the hospitality and facilities here. It was an awesome experience to attend a function here.
