"The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable". "The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable". Wonderful service! Excellent and very delicious food! All the staff members were very sweet and cooperative. Overall giving full 5 stars. Thank you Hotel Hira inn for your hospitality!

Bad bad hotel.. the receptionist didn't send anyone to pick out luggage.. we had to take it by ourselves to 1st floor.. when we went there, the rooms were awful.. linen were dirty as hell, bubbling in bedsheet and covered with dirty black patches.. the bathroom was broken, dirty with no maintenance.. only rats can live there.. they also confiscated our money... They are running a scam.. please please don't pay any money in advance..

I don’t know hun w this hotel got good ratings, here what i observed 1) Location is far from city/market. 2) Rooms are ok but no maintenance and cleanliness. The washrooms were in so bad condition. 3) Worst part is staff, very rude and unprofessional.

Worst hotel.... Staff is very, very rude.... Lot of mosquitos in the room... When I asked for all out they refused to give.... Staff sleeps in the night they are not available for any service.... No kettle available for hot water.... Cleanliness in not at all there...

Rats are in the room so much disturbing you in night. Not good for sleep purpose. Worst rooms are in this overrated hotel. Pls don't try this hotel.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever visited. Staff are very rude. Hotel is in first floor and lift was not working. No toiletries were provided. They were hesitant to give even 500 ml water bottles. Wardrobe in out room was filled with dirty linen. We were charged for room with breakfast. There is no restaurant in the hotel. They served us breakfast bought from roadside vendors.
