POP 81149E Hotel Comfort Inn

They shifted us from this hotel to another hotel We were already staying there for 2 days , when in the morning they called & asked to continue or check out, I told them I'll continue it.. after few minutes they called us and told us that the room is booked & we have to change the hotel. After talking with them they shifted us to another hotel of theirs.. It was a bad one ;`) No food nearby except momos , at that hotel no fooding was provided, slow service , no exhauster, no windows only packed rooms were there. It was a horrible experience there. I'll suggest you to book another hotels cause this hotel rooms are always booked :p And they can throw you next day without any prior information :0

If you wish to have the most awful hotel experience and trip, please visit this place. The staff (especially the woman who is the concierge) is extremely arrogant and unprofessional in their demeanour. Can you believe they checked us out a day earlier, threw our luggage out in our absence, gave our room to someone else, *despite the fact that we had paid for two nights* – and then had the gall to be arrogant even in their so-called apology. They also refused to refund us for the day they arbitrarily cut from our stay. Stay away from this place for your own well-being, and especially their staff. This hotel certainly sets a new low bar for treating customers.
