CENNET - The Boutique Hotel

The service was terrible, lift was not working, we paid for breakfast but they only served poha and that too tasteless, they did not have milk for tea. Staff was very rude and rigid. They don't care about the guest. Pathetic experience. we booked for 2 days but stayed only 1 day and left. pls avoid this hotel, there are many other good options.

Too small room and very much conjusted, not maintained properly, TV not working, no hand towels provided. Breakfast was pathetic.

very poor management. Refund early check in amount and hotel booking its very unfortunate that we have paid you advance for booking and early check in after that your representative not open entrance in morning 5 am, for one hour.| Is it the way to welcome guest.

I was there on 23.02.2024, with my family. Hotel was just like a residential property. Entry was not pleasant. Rooms were very small in size. Room were neat and clean. They provides their food through Moti Mahal Restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was of very poor quality and taste. No much option in breakfast and dinner. Price is very high as compare to quantity and quality.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely regretted it. 1. The rooms are very small and expensive. 2. The food is mediocre at best. Buffet has only 2 items. Breakfast has very limited items, not even toaster was provided. Breakfast always started late and ended early. 3. They have around 18 rooms, the overall cleanliness of the carpet in the corridors and lift was not upto the mark. Very dirty basement area in which they have a small party area. 4. They have very limited parking area, which is usually taken up by the staff vehicles. 5. Bathroom ceiling kept dripping with some liquid, didn't get fixed even after complaining. 6. Service is horrendous. Room service food gets delivered after 1.5 hours. Tea ordered but never got delivered. They never cleaned the room daily, after multiple follow-ups they clean grudgingly. Unless asked they won't change bedsheets. Unless asked they would only leave one fresh towel in a room of 2 occupancy. Won't give you daily water bottles unless you remind them. 7. Receptionist is terrible. Won't help you at all. The entire hotel is short-staffed. 8. Wifi worked well. 9. Very thin walls. You can hear everything from the corridor. Many people in our case faced issues with key cards which kept stalling.
