NillWorst experience, pillow, bedsheets, washrooms, rooms everything was dirty. I booked and tried three rooms but no one was clean. They have staff but they are not cleaning it. This hotel is listed on oyo but he denies to checkin and ask you to cancel the booking and pay 1000 rs per day to him. No chair in room, no parking, karims at ground floor is extremely costly and serving worst food.

NillDon't online book your room its a waste of money they won't accept it. Plus the cleanliness was worst too and the locks were not working. Overall very poor service.

NillHotel staff was very nice. But make sure that windows are properly closed as the rooms hace sliding windows are totally transparent and are covered by a cheating from inside which is okay. But make sure that they are closed too( you can close it from inside with the help of the clips in the windows) . I stayed in this hotel for my exam. The hotel is located at a very low crowded place. Geyser was available along with AC and TV. Reception guy was also nice.

NillCapital Oyo The paradise hotel on Lohia road,civil lines is in the same league with other Oyo hotels..The basic amenities like hot water and breakfast or dinner,is not easily available and they largely depend on KARIM'S,which is on the ground floor,for all the edibles..The room rent was on a higher side ,and one can get better properties for the same price tag..

NillIn this hotel, there is an employee who was abused me and my freinds because of we cancel one room and said that I can do anything and spoil your life. And said lots of things that can not be said. He's irritate and don't know how to behave with his customers. So please don't stay in this hotel.

NillThis place is totally different from photos . Staff is not cooperative at all . A friend of mine can not even stop at my place for 1 hr . Totally dissappointed. My toilet my smelling like a public toilet.go at your own risk
