Well behaved staff but rooms are not that good you will find small rats of ground floor in rooms and a very good location to live and travel along with good restaurants nearby

It was a blunder to book room in this hotel. Rooms are very small and continuous sound of hotel staff shouting at each other gets coming in the room due which one cannot sleep. In my stay there for a night my room gate was knocked at least 7-8 times for unnecessary reason. Recommend not to stay here.

This is an excellent hotel in the heart of the city. Everything is within 5 to 10 km range. Excellent service and well behaved staff. Food quality is too good.

It's really a very nice hotel and necessary precautions has been taken for the safety and hygeine. Good service by the team.

Extremely bad experience staying in this hotel. I had to vacate the hotel as there were ants under the bed, bathroom was smelling and no satisfactory room service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this hotel.

Not good . All fecility including geezers are controlled by receptionist. Service Zero.

Exactly opposite to Prayagraj Rambagh railway station. Rooms are clean. Behaviour of the staffs was so so type. But the room service was very slow.
