"I recently had the pleasure of staying at P S RESIDENCY and I must say, it's a hidden gem! The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From check-in to check-out, the team was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The interior of the hotel is modern and elegant, with beautifully designed rooms and common areas. The attention to detail is impressive, making it feel like a luxurious oasis in the heart of the Varanasi. But what really impressed me was the food - the restaurant serves up delicious dishes that are both flavorful and visually stunning. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, I highly recommend P S RESIDENCY to anyone looking for a exceptional hotel experience. The combination of excellent service, stunning interior, and mouth-watering food makes it a true gem. Great value for money, too! Can't wait to stay here again!"

We were 2group of ppl ,who had travelled from Bengaluru just this DEC 2024 and when we reached the location it showed up the just next to Cross Rd was literally a Galli through which even a local rickshaw cannot pass through, Staff are kind and co-operative but the Owner is rude & Adamant ,he had taken food order to deliver on chargeable basis but ruined it like hell out guests had ordered for kachori ,Samosa ,Sandwich but he got cold idli wada saying those weren't available that was so pathetic and irritating and to also the time taken was almost 1hr when complained didn't even bother to apologize as well due to which we were running late to our darshan Schedule and on the check-out date he even asked us to pay for that improper food which he had supplied to my group in total it was just an unfortunate decission to choose this stay place neither will Choose this property nor will recommend ...This Main feedback is all courtesy to the Owner Mr "S"....his dont' care ,misleading attitude ,Cold responsive and Just money minded .... Your gigling laugh at the end saying those words will be remembered as a lesson to me Mr S...Wish you apply efforts and try to improve your approach and keep your actions Clean ,Thank You !!!

Let me write my experience and honest feedback: The location is in a Galli and it's very hard to find transportation close to this place and google maps wouldn't take you here directly and there's always a confusion I felt a lot of inconvenience. I traveled with my parents and I needed rooms either on ground or on 1st floor. The gentleman over the phone asked me to make the payment to him directly so that he would give us the preferred rooms - 1st floor rooms with windows and balcony as the rooms on ground floor had no windows. I even had called him one day in prior to make sure it was confirmed. However, when we arrived the staff informed that rooms are on 2nd FLOOR for us as 1st floor rooms were booked. My mother couldn't climb and me making advance payment and called multiple times just went on veins, and my parents' room had NO WINDOWS, and balcony - god knows of the existence. You don't want such terrible experiences after traveling a long distance and tired with senior citizens. Then the man said he could give rooms on 1st floor but I needed to move to ground floor on the last day. And on the last day I got a room on the 3rd floor and parents got on ground - IMAGINE THE HASSLE Staffs were nice but trust me my overall experience wasn't good. I can't trust this person, his words are very nice until the money is collected. The building is a new construction but what's the use when they don't even remember your rooms. Also it's OVERPRICED for that standard. Later in my travel I got better rooms for HALF THE PRICE, better location and genuine hosts who kept their words - follow my other reviews for better hotel in the same locality ** IF MY REVIEW IS CHALLENGED, I CAN PROVIDE YOU THE CALL RECORDINGS AND MESSAGE SCREENSHOTS ALONG WITH THE ROOMS THAT WE GOT. The photos that they shared on Google are very misleading...the staff themselves were very misleading...they told us that lift is available but when we got to the location there was no lift...we booked the trip through booking.com...we didnt hire any agent...the staff themseleves called us and when we asked about the person who called us first they told us that he resigned...moreover the rooms itself smelled like feces and the bathrooms were too small...the room which they provided us were near the rooms of the cleaning staff who work there...the locality is itself is very sketchy and even autos and rickshaws are not availabale there..they also tried to put the blame on us...would definitely not recommended this place to anyone...this is definitely one the worst hotel to exist...0/10

I like the place personally as its hardly 2-3km away from Kahi Vishwanath Temple,I like the food they served very tempting and mouth watering,I also like their staff behaviour they are very professional and cooperative.I recommend to everyone to visit once to feel the sense of Varanasi in this hotel
