HOTEL Raj Kamal PALACE

I visited there after Shivratri, so it was the peak season for tourism. & room tariffs were extremely high, even for very basic rooms. They provided Room No. 201, which was on the 2nd floor. However, considering the rent, the room was not worth the price. The room size and amenities were very average and did not justify the cost. Now, coming to the main part, which is why I am writing this review—their service is extremely poor and disappointing. If you order something from the restaurant, you have to wait at least 45-60 minutes, even after multiple follow-ups. On top of that, the food quality and taste were terrible. I do not recommend this hotel. Location-wise, it is good, but if you are looking for excellent service, good food quality, and cozy rooms, this is not the place for you.

Hotel Raj Kamal Palace is a good option for a comfortable stay near Varanasi Station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a decent choice for families. The staff is polite and well-behaved, and the receptionist Srivastav ji was particularly helpful. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the railway station and surrounded by plenty of eateries. They also have an in-house restaurant, though I didn’t get a chance to try it. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly and well-located hotel for a short stay in the city. Recommendation: Reliable.

The best part of this hotel was the 24 hour check out timings and at walking distance from Varanasi Cantt Railway station. The room was good and clean but the mattress was on the softer side. Room service can be improved.

It was our family visit to Varanasi. Staff and service provided by team was commendable. Restuarant is also available at this hotel and the food is incredible. The rooms were clean and well managed. We will recommend this to family and friends. Thanks
