It's a good hotel for regular visitors to Varanasi like company's managers and other professionals. Tariff is also reasonable. The hotel staff is very cordial and always happy to help in case of any issues.

There is a hotel staff who is very RUDE and has no respect for customers. If there is any issue in the room you have to go to the ground floor from the above floors every single time and also if you complain about their services, the staff gives a cold attitude. Whenever I have issues with their most unhygienic rooms or other basic services. They have no hospitality and respect towards their customers. You just can't go and complain about anything. *I WILL SUGGEST THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT PLEASE KINDLY DON'T GO TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL*

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN My all-time worst experience. The TV and WIFI weren't working. There was no room service. For any small thing, one has to go down two floors every time to get things done. They provide water in used/open disposable bottles, which is unhygienic. The glasses in the room are unclean. And this isn't all, the BIGGEST ISSUE was one of the hotel guy's poor behaviour. There was this pet dog which was running inside without a leash for continuous hours (can you believe that?) and would come close everytime one passes by. And when I politely requested to keep the dog inside as I was bitten by a pet dog recently, and was uncomfortable with an animal coming close to me all the time, a staff member insultingly told me to see a "Psychiatrist" if I have issues with a dog running inside the hotel premises. I was taken aback by the insensitivity and lack of empathy towards customers issues and requests. First of all, the service is such that one has to come down for basic things many times and then there is a dog running/coming close to you to make it further inconvenient. And then that hotel guy acted rudely. Highly disappointing and would suggest not to stay here for your own sanity.

Cleanliness can be better, water bottle can be provided. Power Backup wasn't good. Average hotel for economical stay.

It was a worst experience I could ever had no staff members will pick ur phone and full waste of money. BAKWAAS! nothing to eat properly and look at the dramatic rates 10,000 INR... I would suggest not to come here + WiFi not uvailable till room!!!

Good very nice place to stay near to railway station. Go inside on the narrow road at the left hand side from piller number 57 and after walking 100 mts take right turn to reach Award hotel.

worst hotel every stayed. I was asked to vacate the hotel as someone paid more price than the price I was staying. this is sooo pathetic for a hotel and a person to suffer in this holy city.
