Hotel Bhagirath

Really bad experience. The staff refused any help and even after paying for three people we did not get any extra mattress. the room had a double bed even though we had payed for a triple bed room. Really dirty room with pan and gutka spat around the walls even the washroom was not cleaned. The manager refused any help , the only help we got was from the porter who was a nice guy but couldn't do much as he was also scolded by the manager Don't go there , there are many better hotels near this one.

Very worst experience. Did not deserve even 1 star. Very dirty room bed sheet staff behaviour was also very bad. Poor service
