Ok International

Me and my friend booked room for 4 days, the rooms were spacious but some renovation was being carried out due to which the water supply was cut and we faced tremendous problem. They changed 3 rooms for us in 4 days as either geyser was not there, TV was not working or no water supply. We were really unhappy with choosing this hotel but somehow managed our stay. There is lot of scope for improvement by properly training the staff and by the owner through his personal intervention if really interested. The worst part was that they did not give us the receipt of the hotel stay which was badly required by my friend even after informing the reception one day well in advance. I would not recommend this hotel especially for family due to the above inconveniences faced.

I stayed there for just one night. The best part is its location. It is very close to Kashi Vishwanath and Ganga Ghat. The standard room was offered in 2500 + GST. I booked a room for 3000 + GST. I think the hotel was overrated. The doors, washroom door knob, Taps were in weary condition. The hotel has good space in front and has an underground parking space which is the best attraction. I didn't try the food there so I can't comment on that. It is a good stay for just one night.

The staff and receptionist at the hotel displayed extremely unprofessional and unpleasant behavior. It was a disappointing experience and not what I expected from a hospitality service.The walls of the rooms are damp.The communication from the staff was extremely poor throughout our stay. Additionally, we were overcharged during checkout without any clear explanation.

Completely waste of money and waste of time to organize a function here,pathetic management, pathetic arrangements and pathetic staff. They charge full but you wont get service staff around,they will get you irritated and they will switch off ac so often. I suggest guests or customer don't waste your money,you will spoil you mood and money both if you seeking for a function venue to enjoy with. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

Maintenance free rooms with horrible service. Had 2 stays within a few days as part of tour. Toilets did not flush once during each stay, had to use buckets, wifi does not work. They had old reception numbers printed out, had to go down in person to complain.

Very bad experienced faced in this hotel while checkout they changed room tariff I booked room for rs 2500/- but while check out room they asking rs 4500/- owner was very crude
