Radisson Hotel Varanasi

Very good service at the restaurant. Staff were busy attending to all guests. Even the floor manager was busy attending to guests. Food was yummy, temperature hot and fresh. The Downside was only two small lifts, and one wasn't working, but stair access was available from the lobby to the restaurant. Need to have more shops for guests instead of an entertainment place, and it is a good idea to promote the stairs to lower levels for the guests.

Our large group were met with a refreshing welcoming drink after our long train journey from New Delhi. The rooms were spacious with tea/coffee facilities, in room safe, free bottled water and free wifi.|The buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner were all flavoursome and well presented. Although the pool was on the small side the area was a nice quiet spot to enjoy a drink or snack.|There was a choice of bars for an evening drink and the river Ganges is a half hour ride away (depending on traffic).|A 10 minute walk from the hotel is a large shopping centre with all western brands and a large choice of dining opportunities.|One small downside is the size of the lifts which could be busy at times.

I loved the stay there. They were extremely busy yet the service was excellent. The food area is marvellous. The food was great. The service there was magnificent. The staff and the management were on their feet at all time attending to all the guests and their request. Great job.

Just arrived at this supposed 5* hotel and what a disappointment. Tired old fashioned rooms, no complimentary slippers, safe not working and badly lit rooms. Photos showing shelves missing from fridge, bath side and floor and the ‘glorious’ view from the window.||Just had a very basic and quite tasteless lunch with 3 attempts to get a coffee from the machine. I can only hope that dinner will be more pleasant.

I have great experience ever. Radisson hotel is just like a second home for me . I visited once I a month. Here is room available and food is delicious.. you can shopping here from also .. all services is good 😊

Very sweet and cooperative. Very helpful. Good assistance. Had great experience in Radisson. Breakfast is awesome, lunch menu especially in room dining services are fast , the food especially the chilly chicken dry . The room was very good.

The Radisson hotel really lives upto it's 5 star expectations, exemplified by the passionate staff management complimented with the wonderful and scripts food in the East and West restaurant. Very pleased with thr hotel over all.
