Truly Very Bad experience ..... Hospitality is very bad. I used to travel very frequently and stays regularly in hotels in many cities but this was the worst I have ever experienced. Even breakfast experience is very bad... Tasteless breakfast and that also is in insufficient quantity. And the staff also not responding timely. Room condition (Bed) is also pathetic. Mattress is very uncomfortable. Very consistent foul smelling coming from mattress inside room. Hotel management is only looking for money but services are very very poor. Dear all friends this hotel is total waste of money.

I booked hotel seeing the review and ratings. According to goggle this property comes under 3 star property but I don't think this property can be included under 1 star property. Totally disappointed by there services. I request all of the people who r looking to come n stay there. Please invest little more money just 300-400 you will get better option than this. Very congested rooms with no window or balcony. Very minimal toiletries torn blanket and disgusting kettle. I told room service thrice to change the kettle instead they washed it somehow nd kept in my room. Later when I confronted then they are saying no ma'am we have changed I mean lying infront of my eyes. Then I asked for extra blanket as it's very cold in dehradun they are saying we'll provide if we got extra i mean they r hotels not home they would have kept extra. Writing this review from hotel. If you want to protect your mental peace please don't visit here. Not gonna recommend anyone for stay.

The food was fantastic, really fresh and flavorful. The rooms were good, since we came on a whim, the room had to be cleaned first but the prices were nominal. All in all a fairly decent experience. The food was definitely the highlight though.

1)stinky rooms with filthy AC filters 2) cockroaches and ants in room 3) torn blankets 4)no hot water in rooms (had to change room twice) had to bath in someone else's used room hence not women friendly 5)dirty kettle 6) no toiletries in washrooms at all 7)cold and rude staff, (overheard them passing comments over guests) 8) ignorant room service, only responds after multiple calls and long waits Terrible stay. Please reconsider before booking and don't book on the basis of it's star rating

Booked 5 rooms had a comfortable stay , courteous staff , Rooftop restraunt has good vibes and good food , sevice bit slow need to be bit quick.

The checkin & checkout was very smooth. The staff is very cooperative & the food was very good. The hotel is situated in very prime location in the heart of the city. Overall its 5 out of 5 from my side.
