Hotel Amar Heights

Very nice neat and clean rooms and washroom. Very genuine price and cooperative staffs. Food was also very delicious. Just 800m from the Dehradun station.

The location is near the railway station and in the main city area. The rooms were clean and the staff was also very friendly. The prices of rooms were around 2k when I visited.

No geyser in rooms. Hot water available only during early morning/ daytime.Major issue.

I don't know how the rooms are, but we stopped here for lunch. The service took some time and the options were quite limited, but we finally ordered Kadhai chicken and Mix veg. I wasn't expecting much from this place initially, but to my suprise, the food was really good. The quantity was decent and I specially loved the way the chicken was cooked. In terms of the taste, it definitely exceeded my expectations. I would have given it a 5 star only for the great food, however, I am giving it a 4 because the food options were quite limited.

It's a good hotel at good price. Very near the train station, and on the bus routes. Also, the location has the needed safe feeling. Cars or buses for mussoorie is easily available here. Rooms were very decent, with all basic amenities. Good enough for a short stay. The staff were courteous enough. Recommended for friends, families or couples.

Guys trust me don’t stay at this place. Had booked the stay for 2 days..and issues were long lasting. 1) Mosquitoes in room even after complaining nothing was done. 2) Food quality is good but service is pathetic. Broken cups, forks broken edges.. 3) Bedsheet and Quilt were so dirty that we had to request them to change it.

1 bed had red ants 2. There were cockroaches 3. I am 6 ft tall and even my legs were not touching the floor. The pot seat was set at more height than usual. 4. Hotel window offers cremation ground view scary 5. The hotel is next to a car mechanic shop. So located in a junk market. 6 bed sheet was smelling badly I should be refunded because of point 1 and 2

Accessibility:- as quite near to the railway station it's pretty easily accessible||Parking:- quite good||Check in- it all went well for me||Lobby and corridors- Pretty clean ||Lifts- Not so good ...||Rooms- very clean ||Beds- Comfy and clean mattress||Room Isolation- Poor. It's quite disturbing to hear the nearby traffic at night. One can turn on the fan and get good isolation.||Room A/C- Pretty good with centralised A/C...but, not enough warming feature.||toilet- Very clean with enough provisions for the short stays.||Hot water in the toilet- available all times.||Breakfast- Pre selectable out of a few choices. I chose the poori bhaji and omelet. It was enough to fill in your tummy. Will serve in room|| The room had a mini bar and complimentary water and tea/ coffee maker with ingredients.||Room service and staff- Excellent behavior and had a very good service mentality, that I have never seen in any northern India hotels. They arranged a taxi at fare rates for my whole travel as well.||||This is a value for money hotel for family and solo stays.||Overall:- A good stay.||||Restaurant:- food is fine compared to the surrounding hotels.
