At the front desk the person Refused to the amount discussed over call before booking..really bad 😠 Rooms are NOT the same as the picture uploaded on Google. The building needs maintenance but not upto the mark. Some rooms AC was not working properly. Good for a temporary stay or for bachelors.

First they denied from checking in as they said make my trip has mis mentioned their price listing. They let me checked in after talking to the make my trip customer executive. They room smells pain job, rusted geasers, cigarette holes in their bedsheets and blankets. Ac is 1980 model. Do not book this hotel even if they pay you to stay here.

I have booked this hotel online. In online mode they show a good room but when i visit there they show me untidy and under construction room which is not adequate for living. Then they show other room which is very high in cost. The condition of room was not soo good, rooms are smelling and during bathing the water supply got cut so i am very disappointed regarding there services.

Extremely horrible, pathetic customer service, unfriendly staff behaviour, will never stay at this hotel. We travelled more than 600 kms to come here and they did not even bother to offer us a glass of water or look into our grievances and cancelled our booking even when we had already called them to confirm our booking. This kind of behaviour is simply unacceptable. Will never stay at this place.

Nice hotel. And it's not too expensive. You can live comfortably with the family. The staff here is very good. All together. And you will find the service very good. And here will get pure veg food

Hotel rooms were good but service and behavior of the receptionist is too bad. We checked in at 10 pm on 23rd of July and we was planning to extend our stay but the staff was telling us to pay extra 500 rs from normal charges otherwise check out immediately. If you are planning for a long stay I don't prefer this hotel.

We stayed their with 20 ppl for wedding in family. We loved the spacious rooms, cooperative and very humble owner as well as the staffs. They also provided us compensation in prices because we stayed for 4-5 days. The buffet food was awesome and loved the hospitality of the hotel. Overall great experience. Keep it up guys!

The place was okay for the deal that we got. The staffs were very respectful. The budget room was spacious and looks good. The AC on room 205 though would have to be fixed as the whole thing is open. The curtains in thr bathroom too should be well closed because there's another window at the back and it should be more safe and private. I had to request for a pin to get the two curtains closed.
