Hotel is good, rooms are amazing. But a lot of noise from reception. They talk to laud, and keeping watching videos until very late. Make sure that your room is not facing the streets or near reception.

Totally Disappointed - Poor Service and Unhelpful Staff I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I’m incredibly disappointed with their management and customer service. I had already prepaid for my stay through Agoda, but when I arrived, the staff, particularly Gagan, refused to book the room according to my needs. Despite showing them the booking confirmation, Gagan was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive, offering no solution or support whatsoever. It's frustrating to pay in advance and still be treated so poorly. The lack of professionalism and care for guests is shocking. If this is how they handle reservations, I can’t imagine how they handle anything else. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they want to be treated with complete disregard. Terrible service and zero respect for customers. Avoid at all costs!

Nice cozy rooms. Service they need to improve on. Please refer to various sites before booking online. Offline booking will cost you more bucks. Rooms with balcony doesn't give u great view don't go for it.

I had reservations about the hotel Before coming, but rooms are spotless clean and service is good coupled with some good food from the street level snacks shop they have. Great location with affordable price.

The only good thing about this place is the location. The owner/receptionist was so so rude and behaves with the coustomers as if they are saying there for free. The ACs don't work, no windows, suffocating unclean rooms. Don't get fascinated by the pictures it's all fraud.

The overall experience was wonderful with amazing staff and great location. Next to Hyatt Centric. Super amazing. Great service and hospitality. Must try if you are in Dehradun.

I am staying this hotel but no ground staff and also room manager behave is very bad language is very abuses type and also my driver is complaints me that no driver food and serve very bad quality food no healthy my booking in 14 August 2022 and my 2 room booking

Worst Hotel,it's good for nothing. Not at all recommended to waste your money there.
